The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

Franconian Switzerland and our Kleinziegenfelder valley is a wonderful area for long hikes. But you don't have to go far: right in front of the house it blooms and thrives and all kinds of fruits and berries invite you to snack.

Welcome to our cozy tiny house nestled in nature! Enjoy peace and comfort. The house features a large double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a composting toilet, and a warm shower. A wood stove provides a pleasant warmth. On request, we offer activities on our farm and in our adventure barn: pony rides, donkey & alpaca walks, cuddling with rabbits, and visits to our free-range pigs, goats, and sheep. Our sauna can also be rented upon request.
