Cozy studio apartment in quiet residential area, close to the center, with views over Bayreuth and unique sunsets. You can walk to downtown Bayreuth in a 20-minute walk. The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

The Stöckelkeller is the former tavern in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. The university is 10 minutes away by car, the city centre 15 minutes and the festival hall 20 minutes. You will be staying on 29 square meters (13 sqm of living & cooking; 11 sqm sleeping; 5 sqm bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment as we like to travel ourselves. The house is located directly next to the small Margrave Castle Schreez.

Pure nature in the Fichtel Mountains

Our accommodation is absolutely quiet, and you can be in nature in just a few steps. It is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity, there are cross-country ski trails and the biathlon stadium with a roller ski track and ski lift, a toboggan run, MTB trails and hiking trails. You can walk to the Fichtelsee in 20 minutes. Please request a child discount!

Bed linens and towels. Non-smoking rooms. BBQ area at the house. Parking is available in front of the house. The rooms have been newly renovated. The building's exterior facade is currently uncleaned. We apologize for this.
