Desired points of contact such as beach, harbor, forest, shopping facilities and Gatsstätten can be reached in a short time. The Ost train station is only 150 m away, so the accommodation is ideally suited for train and bus travelers. The beach and the boat harbor are about 500 m away. Outdoor seating area, pantry kitchen incl. Stove, fridge, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, toaster, crockery and cutlery.

Our beautiful modern 3-room apartment is located in the Dünengarten vacation resort with direct private beach access and a small park. It has a large combined living and dining room with fully equipped kitchenette. 1 bedroom/children's room with bunk bed and one bedroom with box spring bed. In the cozy living room with pull-out box spring couch, an additional 2 people can sleep comfortably. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet. From the living room there is a balcony with side sea view.

Die Beachtime liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig nur 800 m von der Seebrücke und dem Strand entfernt in der Strandstrasse. Die Strandstrasse ist die Einkaufs- und Flaniermeile in Kühlungsborn und lädt mit vielen Geschäften und Gastronomie zum Bummeln und Verweilen ein. Dieser belebte Abschnitt der Strandstrasse beginnt in nur 100 m Entfernung der Wohnung. Alles für den täglichen Bedarf ist von hier fußläufig erreichbar und der Stadtwald und der Lindenpark sind auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

The Baltic Sea is a 5-minute walk away. Very quiet apartment located at the back. Three floor-to-ceiling window doors lead out onto the balcony, from which you have a beautiful view over green gardens to the nearby city forest.

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

Our apartment - Meeresblüte - has a great view of the countryside and the garden with a short walk to beach access, restaurants and all other amenities. The apartment has 54 square meters and is comfortably furnished with a modern kitchen. The open plan living area is spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, every room has German cable TV. Free parking is available. This place is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, families with children, for a great vacation.

New building with 5-star level in the immediate vicinity of the beach, incl. large balcony, underfloor heating, large bathtub, WiFi, private beach access etc. The Weststrand apartment of Riviera Kühlungsborn is 60 m2 and has a separate bedroom. All rooms have underfloor heating. In the bathroom is a big modern bathtub where you can hear the sound of the sea when the window is open. Beach can be reached in a few meters via its own beach access.

Our 54sqm apartment is located in the Baltic seaside resort Kühlungsborn West. Supermarkets, bakeries are close by, the beach is about 200m away. The terrace is facing north-east ( morning sun) ideal for having breakfast outside. The parking space is right outside the front door.
