Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. The light-flooded 2-room apartment with 42 m² & a magnificent balcony over the entire width is located on the promenade with many shopping, restaurants and cafes. The Baltic Sea is a 5-minute walk away. Very quiet apartment located at the back. Three floor-to-ceiling window doors lead out onto the balcony, from which you have a beautiful view over green gardens to the nearby city forest.

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

Guest apartment on the Wakenitz

We have converted a part of our house, where we live as a family, into a guest apartment. This non-smoking apartment is a separate part of our house. It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and another, separate single bed. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.

We offer our unique tower apartment with panoramic sea views and 20 sqm roof terrace. It has over 100 square meters and is less than 80 meters from the beach and seafront and equipped with high quality furniture, a flat screen and a high quality kitchen. The tower apartment is in the center of Kühlungsborn West and you can hear the sound of the sea. Restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and other shopping facilities can be reached in less than 3 minutes on foot.

Our modern large & bright apartment in Kühlungsborn offers plenty of space for 4 - 6 people. 1 living room with a large terrace, 1 kitchen that offers plenty of space to cook with friends, 2 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with shower & bathtub, 1 guest / toilet. Each room has a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped from the coffee machine to the dishwasher. The small highlight for bad weather is a PlayStation 5 that can be used. The apartment is at ground level.

New building with 5-star level in the immediate vicinity of the beach, incl. large balcony, underfloor heating, large bathtub, WiFi, private beach access etc. The Weststrand apartment of Riviera Kühlungsborn is 60 m2 and has a separate bedroom. All rooms have underfloor heating. In the bathroom is a big modern bathtub where you can hear the sound of the sea when the window is open. Beach can be reached in a few meters via its own beach access.

Maritime room near the beach with private bathroom

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

From this centrally located home, you'll be in all the important places in no time. The property is located in a townhouse settlement. You have a separate entrance. Parking is available on our property. There is also a small terrace in the garden. It is only 10 min to the beach, the marina and the city. There is also very good shopping nearby. To get to the surrounding area there is a good connection to bus and train/Molly.
