"Alte Dorfschule" am Schweriner See

The 80m2 apartment is on the upper floor of an old village school in Wickendorf on the northern outskirts of Schwerin, 7 km to the centre. The Schwerin Lake is a few minutes walk away and easily accessible for a morning swim. The bright apartment with its own entrance consists of e i n e m large living/bedroom area with adjacent o f e n e r kitchen and a separate large shower room. There is a lot of space for 2-3 people and you will always find small artistic details in the apartment. The double bed has the dimensions of 2.0 x 2.0 m, a third single bed (normal size) Additional mattresses can be provided by the landlord. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (without icebox) and an electric stove with oven. The car can be parked in the in-house yard. As a rule, the regular bus runs hourly to the city within 12 minutes. Also by bike along the lakes you are in the city center in about 30 minutes. Bicycles as well as the large, former school garden can be (co-)used with agreement. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets can be brought with the consent of the landlord.

The holiday home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the same. Ice house of the manor house. It was completely renovated in 2017. The sauna, canoe, rowboat, stand-up paddle as well as a ping pong table and badminton can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. From the jetty or boat you can fish or swim. To the Baltic Sea, to Schwerin as well as to Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Our holiday home Liwi is right in the heart of Mecklenburg and offers you pure relaxation. Nestled in an approx. 800 sqm perennial garden, you will find a sunny/shady spot at any time of the day. Immerse yourself in a sea of flowers. From May to September, the garden shines in the most beautiful colors. In max. Half an hour you are in the state capital Schwerin or on the Baltic Sea coast. The Schwerin lake is only 4 km away, directly in the village is the Szczecin lake.

Welcome to my small and lovely accommodation, with everything you need on vacation, including a coffee machine, SodaStream, and a fan. Ideal for 2 adults + 1 child / 2nd child on request. Rural, very quiet, but still central. Short ways to Wismar or Schwerin. Only a 5-minute walk to the swimming lake. A magical playground in the village. From 8 am, you can buy fresh rolls/newspapers at Joanna's market in the village. Relax and enjoy this quiet, stylish hostel!

In summer it stays relatively cool, and in the cooler season it is pleasantly warm. Old timber framing and clay plaster create an ambience that takes you back in time and allows you to relax. If you want to be in nature, just go to the garden and enjoy the fruit and berries.

Welcome – where fox 🦊 and hare 🐰 say good night 🌙 and look at the stars✨. The lake is about 300 m away. It's very quiet here / cell phone reception is limited. Ideal for unwinding and enjoying nature 😊. As neighbors, you sometimes have 2 sheep and another vacation home. A dog costs an extra €10 per day. Bed linens and towels can be booked. A crib and high chair are available if needed.

The adjacent long-distance bike trail invites you to extensive walks or bike tours along the many lakes and lush nature in the city of Schwerin and beyond.
