Holiday rentals with a patio in Kudowa-Zdrój

Wir hatten zu viert einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Jelenia Góra. Die Stadt ist sehr hübsch und man alles zu Fuß erreichen. Es gibt aber auch zahlreiche Busverbindungen mit denen man unkompliziert die Umgebung erkunden kann. Die Unterkunft an sich ist hübsch eingerichtet, hell und großzügig und vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Riesengebirge. Auch die Kommunikation war super schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

Wir hatten ein wunderbares Wochenende mit der Familie bei Karol. Wir konnten eher einchecken und Karol hat uns herzlich empfangen und gleich viele gute Tipps für die Umgebung mitgegeben. Leider hatten wir viel zu wenig Zeit. wir sollten unbedingt wieder kommen.

Świetne miejsce, polecam każdemu, kto chciałby wypocząć w przepięknym miejscu blisko ciekawych szlaków górskich. W mieszkaniu niczego nie brakowało, a widok z balkonu na szumiący potok - cudo! Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem, tydzień spędzony znakomicie nawet pomimo niezbyt udanej pogody, więc myślę, że to mówi samo za siebie :)

Very clean, modern, well equiped with free extras like swimming pool, fitness or garage parking. Loved it.

Alles war super! Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich, sehr sauber, hell und ruhig. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Für Kaffeetrinker steht sogar eine Siebträgermaschine bereit. Die Lage ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um die schöne Gegend zu erkunden. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft mit Ihren freundlichen hilfsbereiten Gastgebern.

Die Unterkunft hat vollkommen überzeugt. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Es gab alles was wir benötigten. Die Lage war für unsere Unternehmungen auch ideal. Leider gab es einen Defekt an der Sauna. Trotz Wochenende kam der Gastgeber vorbei und schaute sich das Problem an. Auf Nachrichten wurde immer in kürzester Zeit reagiert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Piękne mieszkanie , wszystko wyglądało dokładnie jak na zdjęciach . Byłyśmy z koleżankami bardzi zadowolone z pobyty , komunikacja z Panią Małgorzata sprawna i rzeczowa . Polecam !

Doporučuji všem, kteří mají rádi neobvyklá místa, zajímavě architektonicky pojatá. Vladimír nabídl možnost příjezdu v jiný čas než standardně nabízí, stejně tak to bylo i s odjezdem. Vše bylo perfektně připraveno a odpovídalo popisu i fotografiím, dokonce si myslím, she ve skutečnosti je celý objekt a zahrada ještě hezčí než na fotografiích 😊

Skvělé ubytování, které jsme si pronajali během Velikonoc 2025. Dům byl krásně čistý, plně vybavený nádobím na vaření, s grilem a pohodlným venkovním posezením, ideálním na společné večery. Jediné, co nám trochu chybělo, bylo mýdlo na ruce v koupelně – je trochu zvláštní, že hosté musí myslet i na takové drobnosti. I přesto jsme si pobyt moc užili a rozhodně můžeme toto ubytování doporučit dál! Děkujeme!

Die Unterkunft ist klasse für Familien mit Kindern. Alles sauber und der Lift bzw. Die Rodelbahn ist gut zu erreichen! Rundum Klasse!

Absolute Traumunterkunft! Wir waren mit 9 Personen für ein verlängertes Wochenende in dieser Unterkunft und sind restlos begeistert! Die Ausstattung ist erstklassig, stilvoll und hochwertig. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und lädt zu entspannten Stunden auf der Terrasse ein. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Wellness-Angebote: Die Sauna ist modern und großzügig, der Hot Tub ein absolutes Highlight – vor allem am Abend unter dem Sternenhimmel. Auch der Badeteich war ein echtes Erlebnis und sorgte für jede Menge Erholung. Die Unterkunft bietet genug Platz für alle, ohne dass man sich eingeengt fühlt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder! Ein großes Dankeschön an die Gastgeber – besser geht’s nicht!

Super cute and modern house, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Really cosy as well with the log burner, despite the snow outside. Just what I needed as a base for a couple of days of hiking in the nearby hills and woods. Beautiful scenery! I was a little worried about managing without a car but Artur was super kind and offered to drive me if needed. In the end I stocked up on food before arriving and was able to access two days of hiking on foot from the house. Artur is a lovely guy and thoughtful host. All the basics are there - cooking ingredients, toilet paper, shower gel, soap, laundry powder, dishwasher tablets. I’d stay again for sure!

Wir waren zu 7. in der Unterkunft für einige Tage zum wandern und relaxen dort. Das Haus ist super! Als Smarthome deklariert, kann man mit dem Tablet einiges steuern - wie das jedoch so mit der Technik ist, funktioniert sie natürlich nicht immer reibungslos. Betten sind bequem, Duschen groß, Sauna und Whirlpool auch zum entspannen geeignet. Im großen Garten kann man ebenfalls super entspannen und/oder Spiele spielen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Pfannen Mal getauscht werden müssten, da dort die Beschichten schon ordentlich in Anspruch genommen worden ist. Danke für den super Aufenthalt.

An amazing location. Beautiful house. Very well maintained surroundings. The drive up to the house is well paved and easy to get to. Check-in was easy. Magda dropped by to welcome us and have us some tips. The house was spotless clean. There are a few hiking trails. But the view from the living room window is just amazing. Can sit there all day and just take in the sights. Highly recommend the place.

Cudownie spędzony czas Noworoczny w kameralnym gronie. Domek przygotowany z nadzwyczajną starannością-kuchnia (wyposażenie lepsze niż, u niektórych w domu). Naczynia, sztućce, miski w całych kompletach . można korzystać aż do zapełnienia zmywarki. Przygotowane kosmetyki, apteczka a nawet artykuły higieniczne dla Pań to duży plus. Na powitanie dostaliśmy duża paczkę kawy z zaprzyjaznionej palarni i przepyszny słój miodu. Cały wystrój domku wręcz zachęca do odpoczynku. Wszystko urządzone ze smakiem, przemyślane a Pani Magda cudowna, ciepla osoba, pomocna we wszystkim o co pytasz i potrzebujesz. Podsumowując, bardzo polecam to miejsce, w którym dzięki właścicielom ich pasji i zaangażowaniu poczujecie się po prostu rewelacyjnie.

Check-in war einfach und bequem. Tolle Wohnung und alles war sauber.

Czysto, cicho, pomimo malego metrażu na dwie osoby dorosle i dwojke malych dzieci spokojnie wystarczy, miejsce postojowe blisko klatki ogromny plus przy podrozy z dziecmi, spokojna okolica. Serdecznie polecamy i na pewno skorzystamy przy kolejnym przyjezdzie 🙂

When we arrived, David greeted us and showed us how to get in and gave us instructions. The flat smelled good and there are multiple ventilation systems/fans throughout, making it quite comfortable. Everything was pristine and quite spacious for 2 of us. We stayed for 2 weeks because we were visiting family in town and during that time we enjoyed privacy and quiet, with very few sounds from the flats around us. Even though it was too cold to use it, we enjoyed entering through the large semi-private patio, where there is a large covered seating area that was quite nice. The kitchen had all the basics, the washing machine/dryer worked well and there was a drying rack we made use of as well. The beds were quite firm. There were blackout curtains in the bedroom, as well as another tv and a small seating area, with a cabinet where we could store our clothing. It worked quite well for an extended stay. There is a Billa and a nice cafe just one block down the road. We felt safe.

Moc hezké ubytování se vším, co člověk potřebuje. Krásná krajina v okolí a moc fajn zahrada s bazénem pro letní pobyty.

Gorąco polecam ten apartament. Właściciel jest przyjazny i uprzejmy. Wszystko jest dokładnie tak, jak na zdjęciach. Wszystko jest bardzo czyste, są wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy, absolutnie wszystkie przybory kuchenne, a także fajne miejsce do grillowania - od razu widać, że właściciele przemyśleli wszystko w najdrobniejszych szczegółach i dbają o swoich gości. Lokalizacja apartamentu jest świetna, w pobliżu jest wiele miejsc do spacerów. Dziękuję bardzo za wspaniałe wakacje!

Skvělá poloha apartmánu přímo v Dolní Moravě, ale zároveň v klidné lokalitě. Apartmán byl čistý a měl vše, co jsme potřebovali. Rádi se sem vrátíme.
