We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnik Landscape Park.

We invite you to year-round wooden cottages located in the heart of the Kłodzko Land, near the Śnieżnik Massif and Międzygórze. Each cottage offers a cozy living room with a kitchenette, a comfortable bedroom and a bathroom. They are also equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and Netflix for evening entertainment. Outside, there are deckchairs, hammocks, a barbecue and a place for a bonfire. It is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday, both for active people and those looking for a break in nature.

Górska Przystań Sierpnica is a charming place for rent, located on one of the picturesque slopes of the Sowie Mountains. Guests have at their disposal two comfortable, year-round houses, a free-standing sauna, and a gazebo for grilling. From the windows there is a unique view of the beautiful valley and mountains. In "Górska Przystań Sierpnica" silence and peace, a beautiful, soothing view dominate, and roe deer and field hares are frequent guests - inhabitants of nearby meadows and forests.

Our 6-bed cottage is located in a picturesque and peaceful village. The proximity of the forest and the most important attractions of the region makes this property a great place to relax and a very good starting point. The cottage is equipped with many amenities such as a projector or a coffee machine. There's also a pack with airy and water nozzles. Balia is additionally paid and the price depends on the number of days. The area around the house is fenced, so you can safely take your dog.

Studio Apartment is an independent, two-story space of over 80m2, with a separate entrance and a terrace. Designed for 4-7 people, the Studio will equally welcome a family, a pack of friends, and two couples, and even two families. There is a spacious fireplace living room with a seating area with large glazing for children, dancing or yoga, a kitchen with a dining area for 10 people, a stone terrace with a coffee table, a sofa and armchairs, and two lockable bedrooms.

Bohema is a small wooden cottage of 35 sq meters, created independently with the most cozy and natural climate in mind:) The main idea was to create a place to rest, with the possibility of admiring nature. Bohema is located in the picturesque village of Sierpnica, at an altitude of over 700 m above sea level in the Owl Mountains :)
