It is 300 m2 of space exclusively at your disposal, which is divided into 3 levels and zones: recreational (sauna, playroom, gym and billiard room), day and leisure. The house for rent in the mountains stands on a 1 hectare plot with a stream and can accommodate up to 16 adults and small children. Villa Adam was built by textile manufacturer Adam in 1925, completely renovated and modernized by us in 2014. Today it is a small grand hotel ,with 6 fully furnished 4 * rooms , an open kitchen , salon & dining room , balcony ,& terrace, large garden , barbecue. At the foot of the "Wielka Sowa "at 450m , there is the possibility to use pool and tennis court & fitness. This part takes you with the guests from the Sowia Dolina to the neighboring property .
