The apartments offer comfort for 6 people, with a maximum capacity of 7 people. The location of the apartments is ideal for skiing as well as for summer hiking and cycling. Guests staying in the apartments can barbecue or roast food over an open fire, and children can have fun in the sandpit. In close proximity to the apartments is the Úžas pond, where you can swim or go paddleboarding. There is a free playroom for children near the apartment.

We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. In the Heart of Kotlina – Karol Cottage

A cozy cottage in the heart of the Kłodzko Valley created for those who want to relax and be in contact with nature. It comfortably accommodates 8 people, there are two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. A private wood-fired hot tub and barbecue area guarantee an unforgettable holiday. An ideal base for exploring mountain trails and local attractions. This is where the road ends and the real relaxation begins.

Chalet

A wooden cottage, located by the forest in a secluded corner with a beautiful view of the mountains for 8 people. A secluded charming place especially recommended for people who want to relax in peace and quiet. Minimum rental period is 2 days. Check-in is until 7 p.m. Check-out by 12:00. About 100 m away is my second cottage for 6 people called Klimcia. I do not provide towels. The price applies to the entire cottage regardless of the number of people.

Of course there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker, or tall American spring beds. Heating by fireplace, underfloor heating in the bathroom. Free parking is available directly under the cottage.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The cottage is not a luxury, so it is cheap, but it offers a refuge to travelers - who are not afraid to flood the corner, wait for hot water or take their own sleeping bag (there are 7 quilts and pillows and sheets available) - if there are more of you - a sleeping bag with you.
