Hello. I have a two-room apartment to offer, which is located in the center of Kudowa. The apartment is a living room, a bedroom plus a kitchen. I care about hassle-free guests to make sure you have a great stay for both parties. In addition to Kudowy itself, near Kłodzko, Duszniki, Polanica, Błędne Skaly, Skalne Miasto, Szczeliniec, Nachod, Prague. Keys to pick up after prior phone information. I will add that we do not have internet in our apartment, only terrestrial television. I encourage you to ask questions. :)

Bukowe Zacisze

A unique house from the 1920s with a private sauna, a banya and a separate entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.

Room in a quiet neighborhood

I rent a comfortable, bright room in a quiet area surrounded by forest. The Polanica promenade is within a 10-minute walk through the forest (a popular shortcut) or a little further along the asphalt road. Equipment: kitchenette + pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wardrobe with mirror, dresser, ironing board, iron, TV with Netflix apps. There is a barbecue and a table with chairs. The area is very quiet with mountain views.

The property has a bathroom with a shower, a living room with an annex and a single sofa bed, and a porch with a large double bed with a satellite TV. The advantage of the apartment is a large terrace overlooking the Park and the river - Bystrzyca Dusznicka passing nearby. Rattan furniture is available to guests on the terrace. A few steps away: two grocery stores and numerous restaurants.

The independent (entrance from the garden) apartment Norbu, located on the ground floor of the house in a quiet, residential area of Kudowa Zdrój, consists of: a room with two single beds and a bathroom, a room with a double bed, TV and a bathroom, and an equipped (fridge, electric kettle, two-point electric stove, coffee maker, pots, cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, bases - sugar, salt, tea) kitchenette. We use safety measures according to sanitary regime guidelines.

We offer you comfortable accommodation with a family atmosphere. Our small but very cozy attic apartment is located right under the ski slope of the Marta II ski resort. Apartment 152 is located on the top floor of apartment building No. 438 and thus has a unique view of the ski slope. A big advantage is the elevator, which allows barrier-free access to the apartment. For a comfortable stay, we recommend our apartment for 2 adults with max 2 children.

The price includes all fees, i.e. bed linen, towels, taxes. Additionally, a tourist tax of 4.5 PLN/person/day is payable. Pets are not allowed in these apartments

The "Szarak" apartment is located in the center of a picturesque village, at the foot of the Stołowe Mountains. It is an excellent starting point for people who like active recreation. By car or on foot, in just a few minutes, you can find yourself on the trails of the Gór Stołowych National Park, in Polanica Zdrój and Duszniki Zdrój.
