The apartment is located in a historically and geographically interesting region. In the vicinity of castles and palaces, including the largest Książ Castle, but also the Grodno Castle in Zagórze Śl. where the lake is located. Bystrzyckie and the water dam. A few kilometers away, you will find the Palace in Jedlina, the Riese complex. 50 minutes by car to the ski resorts in the Owl Mountains and to the border with the Czech Republic, where the Rock City and the Monastery in Broumov await. NOTE! The apartment is located on a busy street! Unfortunately, I can't change that.

Bukowe Zacisze

A unique house from the 1920s with a private sauna, a banya and a separate entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.

Apartament Norbu

The independent (entrance from the garden) apartment Norbu, located on the ground floor of the house in a quiet, residential area of Kudowa Zdrój, consists of: a room with two single beds and a bathroom, a room with a double bed, TV and a bathroom, and an equipped (fridge, electric kettle, two-point electric stove, coffee maker, pots, cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, bases - sugar, salt, tea) kitchenette. We use safety measures according to sanitary regime guidelines.

Sunny Farm Mobile Home - Sunny Ridge Farm Mobile Home

In the Summer months, guests may rent the trailer home which is fully fitted with kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate WC with sink. The trailer fits 6 guests: one bedroom has a double bed, in the other are two single beds, and in the living room is a fold-able sofa for two guests. There is no heating in the mobile. Overall dimensions: 3,70m wide by 11m long.

Perfect for a family or a group of friends. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room with a sofa, a kitchen and a balcony with comfortable garden furniture. The Apartamenty Wczasowa facility is located near the center of Kudowa-Zdrój. We have 4 apartments (the photos show two of them). The price includes all fees, i.e. bed linen, towels, taxes. Additionally, a tourist tax of 4.5 PLN/person/night is payable.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
