Great place! We just finished our week-long stay yesterday - the best recommendation is that we immediately book another week-long stay. A place worth sinning :)

Super cute and modern house, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Really cosy as well with the log burner, despite the snow outside. Just what I needed as a base for a couple of days of hiking in the nearby hills and woods. Beautiful scenery! I was a little worried about managing without a car but Artur was super kind and offered to drive me if needed. In the end I stocked up on food before arriving and was able to access two days of hiking on foot from the house. Artur is a lovely guy and thoughtful host. All the basics are there - cooking ingredients, toilet paper, shower gel, soap, laundry powder, dishwasher tablets. I’d stay again for sure!

Leszek's house was beautiful, everything was available and you felt comfortable there immediately.

Great weekend, the cottage offers complete privacy. A place behind the house fully prepared for a feast or campfire with stargazing. A communicative host, a place as described, and the opportunity to buy local products from the host! Best regards, and I recommend!

We spent our holiday time in this great place that's perfect to relax in peace and quiet, surrounded by nature. The greenery of the forest enters inside through the windows. Wonderful! There is a large space around the cottage, whether for children or dog companions. Inside, the cottage is well-equipped, and the fireplace provides a unique atmosphere. A small downside is a small fridge that's hard to accommodate more people. Two bathrooms with a shower are a big advantage. Extremely picturesque, very good starting point for mountain trails. Great communication with a lovely host. I highly recommend the corner to anyone looking for a break from the hustle and bustle.

large spacious apartment, very comfortable, beautiful garden, peace and quiet, our dog had a wonderful holiday with us:) next to the house flows the Kwisa river - for our dog who loves water, it is a paradise!

we stayed with family for 4 days. The owners met us and showed us everything, explained. The house is very clean, stylish, cozy, has everything you need for a comfortable family time. Excellent terrace and backyard, we had a very good and fun time with you. If possible, we will definitely come again. thank you!

Super quiet, quiet. Balia is a big advantage of this place. During our stay, we didn't mind that there were 3 cottages on the property. Full privacy

EXQUISITE new apartment in a BREATHTAKING location, short 20 minute drive to Karpacz mountains for hiking and 5 minute drive to thermal pool. The apartment is very spacious in all the rooms. The view is absolutely stunning from the windows, the neighborhood is peaceful. FANTASTIC features including secure parking, 600 mbps wifi, Smart TV, patio with kitchen access, electric blinds, washing machine, and an inviting shower. Comfortable furniture & mattress, apartment has everything we needed, lots of storage. The pool and sauna was closed during our visit, but are available right beside the unit when open. It was a splendid place to relax and escape, we had lots to do and see in the nearby areas. For curiosity I will share, there may be a GHOST that lives here, because we had a comb disappear, we searched and couldn't find it anywhere, and it reappeared in a very visible area 3 days later, there's NO WAY we could have missed it in our search. Ghost or a timeline glitch.

This place was amazing. Magda is an excelent host, everything was squeeky clean and she also left for us a homemade bread which was delicous. We chose this place to get away from big city and enjoy a bit of relax in the country side. It was a great choice and i can only recommend. :)

We had a fantastic stay! Dave and Dorota were wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained — we especially loved relaxing by the fireplace, enjoying the hot tub, and taking a dip in the pool. We’d happily come back anytime!

We absolutely loved our stay at this little house and the beautiful big garden. We had it all to ourselves and our son loved exploring the whole place. We had everything we needed for our 16months old and even extra toys were at the house. We felt right at home and enjoyed the beautiful nature around! Malgorzata was very responsive and flexible with our check-in and check-out times. We would come again!

Wonderful, quiet place, in the cottage everything you need - the climate is simply unique! :) for us, the townspeople, it is something dreamy! beautiful location, we were only one night but we rested amazingly:) I recommend it to anyone who really wants to relax. Beautiful place, ❤️ thank you!

Like in a fairy tale and much more beautiful than in the photos. The heart and soul of the hostess is in every smallest detail. Really admirable what you have created here with your passion and your hands, dear Weronika. I only regret that our time with you was so short, but it was definitely not the last time. Next time, I'll definitely stay longer. For me, the flair, cleanliness and comfort are important in an accommodation, and The Oak Lodge scores 10 out of 10 on every point. Snow-white, fragrant bed linen, various spices, coffee, tea, wood for the fireplace, infusions for the sauna. There was nothing missing in the slightest. There is something to discover at every corner, whether in the apartment or outside, and I felt very comfortable. The hostess is a person of heart, very courteous, communicative and professional. Thank you very much for the wonderful time 🫶🏼

We had a great time at the house. It’s perfect if you want to relax, there is no one around and you can hear and watch some animals. The house has everything you need. Would definitely go there again.

We had the opportunity to spend an unforgettable birthday weekend here with 10 people and from the first moment we all unanimously fell in love with this unique place! The property is located in a beautiful, quiet area, where you can really take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Every detail of the home has been carefully thought out and planned - the interior finish delights with high quality materials and attention to detail, and the furnishings are complete and meet all the needs of guests. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and decorated with true taste, offering luxurious conditions for everyone. An additional advantage is the very nice Agata, who was there to help at every step, patiently answering all our questions. Her kindness and professional approach made us feel at home. We are absolutely convinced that this was not our last stay in this magical place - we will definitely come back here

We spent five days in Małgorzata's holiday cottage and enjoyed every minute. The location is fantastic, you can really start hiking right from the house and have beautiful rounds in Poland and the Czech Republic - and the tourist highlights of the region are also within easy reach by car. The apartment is as in the pictures: small and cozy. For longer stays, it could be difficult to store all your things, but for a few days, everything works well. We liked the large terrace best, where you can always find a sunny or shady spot and enjoy the wonderful tranquility. Deer visited us in the morning and evening. We only had one problem with internet and mobile phone reception, but we expected that in a small village in the mountains. And in Kudowa Zdrój, there are cafés with excellent internet and good cappuccino :-). We would definitely take the little cottage of Małgorzata again and again.

Petra responded quickly to our request and we were able to book very spontaneously. It was clean, cozy and nice and quiet. Petra's house and a second hut are on the same property. This does not bother you because of the large beautiful garden. The village and the surrounding area are also very idyllic. Thank you for the beautiful accommodation!

everything was great! advice to those who will rent housing: take coffee beans with you, we did not find anything worthwhile in the shops nearby, and the house was equipped with a good coffee machine
