Our Stable is part of a former German house, located on a two-hectare plot of 160 m2, a 70 m terrace plus a half-timbered house, the equipment of the old village has been preserved. You can use the private library in the part of the house where the hosts live. The meadow is a natural habitat for wild animals. The terrace (dining and relaxation area) is also used for observing nature. Next to the house, there is an old orchard (hammocks), sunny and shaded places for those seeking peace. Large kitchen. One bathroom, shower.

Górska Przystań Sierpnica is a charming property for rent, located on one of the picturesque slopes of the Owl Mountains. Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which once had the status of a health resort. The house is located in close proximity to the forest on an unclaimed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, bird trellis, the starry sky, rest in a place where time flows more slowly, and the world is more fully and attentive, then come to the High Grass.
