The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

The apartment is located in Hohensee (Zemitz) in an apartment building. The attic apartment is modern and spacious and has a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a washing machine and a dryer (basement). It is suitable as a worker'sapartment or apartment. Lake Hohensee (swimming lake about 5 minutes) can be reached on foot. The bus runs in front of the door. Wolgast and the island of Usedom are about 15 min away. ATTENTION: towels and duvet covers must be brought!!!

The approx. 140 m², bright holiday home has a spacious living-dining area with cozy couch and smart TV, fireplace, dining table and an open kitchen. The three spacious bedrooms are fitted with large double beds (sometimes also separable). The modern bathrooms have floor-level showers and sauna. WiFi is free of charge. The large furnished terrace with sun protection and access to the garden invite you to relax and grill.

Die Ferienwohnungen in ruhiger Lage sind ganzjährig verfügbar. Alle Wohnungen sind mit Küche, Bad/WC oder Dusche/WC, Heizung, TV und WLAN ausgestattet. To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.

There is a studio apartment with a fold-out sofa for two people. An additional sleeping place for one person is a sponge mattress. Guests can use the kitchen equipment, smart TV, washing machine.
