Our exceptional and very spacious apartment (180 sqm) is located in a refurbished storage in the heart of the old town. It offers ample space for 6 adults. The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The upper floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one of them with ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 further bathroom. In two of the bedrooms can be placed a cot or a folding bed for larger children (10 €/ extra bed/ night).

The country house on the Achtwasser is a real luxury vacation home: The exclusive thatched half-timbered house in ecological clay construction with idyllic water views is located in the middle of the Usedom Nature Park. The interior shows attention to detail and is not only cozy, but also comfortable and practical. The house is ideal for groups of up to 12 people and families with children. On the property, there is also a large sauna for up to 8 people with great garden views.

The former day labourer cat was lovingly renovated in 2019. The old and cozy character of the house could be preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered structure, the bricks preserved for the most part and its thatched roof. Ideally the house can accommodate 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 additional persons in the living room is possible. If this is not enough, the neighbouring houses (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults. + dog).

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

The approx. 140 m², bright holiday home has a spacious living-dining area with cozy couch and smart TV, fireplace, dining table and an open kitchen. The three spacious bedrooms are fitted with large double beds (sometimes also separable). The modern bathrooms have floor-level showers and sauna. WiFi is free of charge. The large furnished terrace with sun protection and access to the garden invite you to relax and grill.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. Our small holiday home is located in the quiet village of Peenemünde. The comfortably furnished 50 sqm of cottage can accommodate from 2 to 4. In the house there is one bedroom with double bed, one kitchen-living room with pull-out couch and one bathroom with shower. The wonderful Baltic Sea beach is well accessible by bicycle.
