Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two units that can be combined with each other. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa offers space for up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

Dieses einzigartige neu gebaute Haus hat seinen eigenen Stil. Es liegt im Herzen eines ruhigen Dorfes und verbindet die Tradition eines Landhauses mit modernem Design und komfortabler Ausstattung. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt sowohl für Paare, die Ruhe suchen, als auch für Familien mit Kindern dank der der Nähe zum Naturpark Am Stettiner Haff. Zur Abwechslung sind auch die unzähligen historischen und unterhaltsamen Attraktionen von Stettin in nur 25 Min. Autofahrt leicht zugänglich.
