The apartment is located very centrally in a separate courtyard house and consists of 1 room, kitchen and shower/toilet distributed over 43 sqm. In the bedroom, there is a separable double bed, wardrobe, sofa group with TV. In the kitchen, there is a sink, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and other equipment. A bed is in the kitchen. In addition, there are two foldable tourist beds and a travel bed for small children. Freezer is in a storage room next door.

Good when the children have a cup in the arena, work trip where it is nice with a forest walk after work, on the way to and from the mountains, the cottage is 5 minutes by car from E18 or for those of you who fish in Vänern and have a boat trailer, we have plenty of space. The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University. The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. No smoking.
