We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

Only 300 meters to the swimming area in Edenryd, you will find a newly-built spacious accommodation. An apartment of 50m2 with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Hike along the coastal hiking trail and enjoy the sea. Why not bring a fishing rod for fishing, or binoculars to be able to see, among other things, sea eagles and migratory birds on their journey. Enjoy the countryside, and just 15-20 minutes away many beautiful beaches like Skanör-Falsterbo, Ljunghusen, Kämpinge.

They are free parking and to wash and detergent is included. The accommodation is located near a centre with Coop, Pharmacy, Pizzeria, bakery and a gas station. It is very close to bus connections to both Kristianstad Centrum (Local bus 80 meters) and Malmö, Simrishamn and Ystad (Express bus 500 meters).

The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.

The apartment forms a separate part of the residential building with its own entrance, two rooms and its own shower room. In one room, there is a small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, egg cooker and toaster. Car can be parked on the lawn outside the entrance. There is also garden furniture.

Our nice apartment is located in the beautiful fishing camp Hörvik. Here you have about 300m to the beach, the sea and cozy restaurants. The apartment can accommodate 4 people and is newly renovated with kitchen and bathroom with shower. Free parking on the street. In the harbor there are two restaurants, Kajutan and Fiskerian, which serve fish and meat dishes but also fantastic pizza.
