Schön ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral: fußläufig sind in wenigen Minuten viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber auch der Siegerland Höhenring (Wanderweg) zu erreichen. Die Stadt Siegen mit ihrer historischen Altstadt und Olpe am Biggesee sind jeweils nur knapp 20 km entfernt.

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und liegt im historischen Dorfzentrum von Oberholzklau. Ich habe die Wohnung mit einem vollwertigen Arbeitsplatz (zweiter Monitor) ausgestattet. Wenn du also Teilweise von dort aus arbeiten musst und dich gerne in der Natur aufhältst, dann bist du hier richtig aufgehoben. Natürlich eignet sich die Wohnung aber auch um dich zu erholen und einfach ein bisschen Dorfromantik zu genießen.

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
