In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

It is the starting point for hikes in the area, e.g. Rothaarsteig and Sauerland. Shopping and bus stops are within walking distance. The nearest train station/bus station is one kilometer away. The central location between Bad Berleburg, Bad Laasphe and Erndtebrück invites you to experience and enjoy the nature and the varied leisure activities of the Wittgenstein region.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in beautiful Niedersetzen with your own bathroom and kitchen (incl. little Breakfast) Just a few steps to the forest, but only 5 minutes to City (by car)! The house is in the old village center in a small garden, a terrace with a grill is available. It is over 400 years old and has a flair to match. However, you shouldn't be a giant, the door frames are sometimes very low.

The University of Siegen can be reached in 8 minutes by car. Vacationers who want to ski can reach several small ski resorts within half an hour by car (only natural snow) The large ski resort in and around Winterberg (with snow cannons) is 1.5 hours away.
