Experience peace and nature in our 60 m² holiday apartment, ideal for couples or small families. It offers a bedroom with king-size bed, living room with sofa bed and Swedish stove, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. The apartment is located above the garage in a separate house with views of the garden and forest. Krems is only 10 minutes away. The overnight stay tax in Lower Austria is € 2.50 per person and night from age 15 and is collected in cash on site

Time out from everyday life

Everyone is welcome!! Comfort and relaxation in the LOG CABIN on the forest clearing. Dogs are also welcome. Breakfast is included. For NÖ-Card owners, but also without a card, we are very centrally located to various excursion destinations such as Sonnentor, Noah's Ark, Kittenberg adventure gardens and much more. Winter lock from 7.1 to February. February to Easter holidays restricted operation. The house lives, so noises (e.g. wooden worm) and animal visits (e.g. ladybugs) are possible.

The Winzerhaus, built in the 17th century for up to 5 residents, with up to 2 baby beds on request, will inspire you, give you security, happiness, comfort, energy - whatever you are looking for. We have carefully restored the historic winegrower's house: that's why there are uneven walls, vaulted ceilings and thick walls. But also a lot of modern things: pool, sauna, a large outdoor kitchen, barbecue, 2 terraces, fireplace & wood stove.

The historic 19th century cottage was carefully revitalised in 2023 to preserve its original charm. We are right on the wine bike routes Riesling tour and Zweigelt tour. The wedding venues in the town center can be reached on foot in about 1.5 km via a walking path illuminated at night. We don't need air conditioning, even in the height of summer it is pleasantly cool in the house due to the thick stone walls!
