Four guests stay in comfortable double rooms with double beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The fantastic combined kitchen/living/dining area, the lovely balcony and the small garden are impressive. One parking space on the property is available free of charge. The location is fantastic! A great base for hiking and visiting wine taverns.

In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Der schöne Ort Jaidhof mit Schloß und Erholungsteich ist ca. 500m entfernt. Krems an der Donau ist ca. 18 km entfernt. Der Ort Gföhl mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist 1km entfernt. Am Stausee Krumau (10km) hat man die Möglichkeit zu einer Bootsfahrt.

Beautiful, spacious apartment at the winery in Rossatz in the Wachau. Idyllic location, surrounded by vineyards. The apartment is located directly on the Danube Cycle Path, making it the perfect starting point for a bike ride along the Danube, leisurely walks, hikes along the World Heritage Trail and much more. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021. Ideal for families, two adults & two children! Dog-friendly :-)

Für NÖ-Card Besitzer, aber auch ohne Card, liegen wir sehr zentral zu diversen Ausflugszielen wie Sonnentor, Arche Noah, Kittenberger Erlebnisgärten uvm. Das Haus lebt, daher sind Geräusche (z.B.: Holzwurm) und Tierbesuch (z.B.: Marienkäfer) möglich.

Ein großer Wohnküchenbereich sorgt für Gemütlichkeit. Die Küche ist dabei voll ausgestattet. Nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt gibt es ksotenlose Straßenparkplätze. Der Bahnhof ist ebenso nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
