The peaceful place is located 20 km from Vimmerby where Astrid Lindgren's World can be visited, 10 km from Mariannelund where a well-stocked grocery store and market candy are available and 2 km to the nearest swimming lake. In the nearby area, there is Emil in Lönneberga and the children in Bullerbyn. Around the house, you have the beautiful hiking trail Sevedeleden with varied nature. In the area, you can also see Europe's oldest oak.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You live on a farm with sheep in the pastures and the forest nearby. On the farm, there is a cat and in the beehive, bees. In the forest, there are trails and in late summer, there are a lot of mushrooms and even berries. The gravel road takes you further towards a small community, 3 km away, where there is a grocery store, a swimming lake and public transportation. By car, it takes 15-20 minutes to Vetlanda, Eksjö and Nässjö. If you drive for an hour, you will arrive at Astrid Lindgren's World.

Stay in our cozy guest house with its own garden. Close to, among other things, Astrid Lindgren's World (20 km), Katthult and Bullerbyn. In Mariannelund there is also Filmbyn Småland, Karamellkokeriet, Ica, nice natural areas with lakes, etc. The house consists of a large combined kitchen and living room, two bedrooms (a total of 7 beds + a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room), a toilet/shower and laundry room. Idyllic cottage, 30 sq m, on a private beach, very clear lake water, close to the highway E4 and Gränna. Thirty minutes from Jönköping. One bedroom with a luxury bed for two and one room with a very comfortable foldable bed sofa for two and a kitchen area. Wood stove sauna, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The host lives in a house about 50 meters further away from the beach. The kitchen is for simple cooking, the use of a frying pan is not allowed, but charcoal barbecue is available.
