Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Koyunbaba Mahallesi

Biz, Ağustos ayında 3 yetişkin, 1 çocuk -4 kişi- konakladık. Ev; sessiz sakin bir site içinde, nefis bir deniz ve günbatımı manzarasına sahip. Fotoğraflardan da görüleceği gibi oldukça yüksek bir konumda, temiz ve bakımlı. ihtiyacınız olan tüm temel gereçler mevcut ancak sürekli ev yemeği yapacaksanız belki ek olarak getirmeniz gereken mutfak malzemeleri olabilir. Ayrıca, ne kadar yakın olursa olsun markete veya plajlara ulaşmak için bir arabaya kesinlikle ihtiyacınız olacak. Evde klima yok ama tüm pencerelerde ve balkon kapısında sineklik var, böylece her yeri açarak esintiyi içeri alabilirsiniz. Balkonda oturacağınızı da düşünürsek, yine de sinekler için önlem almanız iyi olur. Havuz tek kelimelyle muhteşem! Tertemiz ve çok sakin. Gürültüden ve insan kalabalığından uzakta, kafa dinlemek isteyenler için biçilmiş kaftan. Sakine Hanım ve eşi Cihansever Bey ilk günden ayrılışımıza kadar çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Bu vesileyle kendilerine bir kez daha teşekkür etmek isterim.

Utku Beyin evi tek kelimeyle muhteşemdi. Herşeyden önce inanılmaz ilgili bir ev sahibiydi ve her an iletişim halindeydik. Ev çok kullanışlıydı. Mutfak eşyaları, banyo malzemeleri, nevresimler, havlular herşey tertemiz ve yeterli miktardaydı. Bütün beyaz eşyalar ( kahve makinesine kadar) eksiksizdi. Evin manzarası ayrıca inanılmaz. Bütün koy ayaklarınızın altında. Kendi evimizde gibi rahat ettiğimiz bir tatil oldu bizim için. Utku Beye ve ailesine çok çok teşekkür ederiz. Yine görüşücez :)

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung auf Kos! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch perfekt ausgestattet - es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Besonders gut hat uns die große Terrasse mit Meerblick gefallen, auf der wir jeden Morgen gefrühstückt und abends den Sonnenuntergang genossen haben.

Die Wohnung ist neu und liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Für Fragen war immer jemand erreichbar und die Kommunikation freundlich und nett. Dankeschön nochmal für den tollen Aufenthalt.

We had an incredible stay at Solt Suites Bodrum—a true hidden gem in Turgutreis! Ich hatte das Vergnügen, in dieser atemberaubenden Villa über Airbnb zu verweilen, und ich bin begeistert! Die lichtdurchflutete Wohnküche ist ein Highlight mit einem riesigen Flachbildfernseher und großflächigen Fenstern, die einen nahezu 360-Grad-Blick auf das Meer ermöglichen. Der Ausblick ist überwältigend, besonders vom Hauptschlafzimmer aus. Ein großes Lob an die beiden Inhaber, Herr Vural, und den Mitarbeiter, Herr Durmus. Sie waren immer erreichbar und äußerst hilfreich bei allen Fragen. Ihre Gastfreundschaft hat meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht! Das einzige Manko ist, dass die Villa besser präsentiert werden könnte, um die verschiedenen Bereiche ausführlicher vorzustellen. Zudem wäre es toll, im Außenbereich interaktive Möglichkeiten zu bieten, wie einen Tischtennistisch unter der Pergola. Insgesamt war alles spitze! Diese Villa ist der perfekte Ort, um sich zu entspannen und die Schönheit der Umgebung zu genießen. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Tolle Architektur und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns direkt sehr vollgefühlt. Die perfekte Unterkunft für einen entspannten ruhigen Urlaub auf Kos, perfekter Mix zwischen Erholung und Aktivitäten vor Ort. Strand ca. 2min Fußweg. Tolle Bars, Tavernen und Restaurants unmittelbar fußläufig erreichbar. Dennoch ist die Unterkunft durch ihre Lage und den separaten Innenhof sehr ruhig. Dimitrios und Evi sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthalts war super, schnelle Rückmeldungen auf unsere Fragen sowie hilfreiche Tipps / Organisation für bsp. Autovermietung und Flughafentransfer 😊 Liebe Evi, lieber Dimitrios vielen Dank für diesen Aufenthalt auf Kos, wir kommen gerne wieder.

House is exactly as described. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Rooms have air conditioning but the top floor terrace is a fantastic place to relax with a lovely breeze and a great view of the bay. The area is quiet and the house is in a gated compound with its own parking. We found really lovely places to eat and go for breakfast and evening meals very nearby. There are a few small convenience stores within walking distance to get bits. There is a bus service which was very close if you did not hire a car The area felt very safe. We really enjoyed staying at the house and glad we came to a quieter area but with easy access to busier places.

The villa was incredible—spacious, beautifully designed, and even better than the photos. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Melike Hanim. Sie ist sehr herzlich und eine sehr freundliche sowie hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Für eine Erledigung in Bodrum hat sie mich von sich aus spontan unterstützt und sogar mit ihrem Privatauto begleitet. Dafür danke ich ihr nochmal herzlich! Es handelt sich bei diesem Airbnb um ein gemütliches Ein-Zimmer-Appartement mit Spüle und Kochnische. Das Bad ist geräumig und hat eine Dusche sowie Badewanne. Das ganz Besondere an dieser Wohnung ist die traumhafte Aussicht auf die Bucht von Göltürkbükü sogar vom Bett aus. Man geht damit schlafen und wacht damit auf - herrlich! Die Dachterasse (Süd-Ost-Seite) eignet sich hervorragend für ein Sonnenbad.

Had the most spectacular time at Yüksel Butik Hotel. Ibrahim and everyone else were incredibly hospitable, kind, and helpful in transportation logistics. Location was perfect — easy to move around Yalikavak and right on the beach with dedicated lounging spaces. The home itself was lovely — very cozy, full of amenities, and provides great privacy. Would 100% recommend!

Excellent accueil de notre hôte. Le logement est très bien situé, agréable, bien ensoleillé avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Nous y avons passé un séjour tranquille, reposant et bien agréable. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Perfect location for walking to Kos Town and all the shops, restaurants & bars that are there. Also easy to walk to the port & marina where there are also numerous restaurants & bars. Supermarket a short distance. All archaeological sites also close by. Apartment spacious & comfortable & fully equipped. Would recommend.

The location was great - 5 mins walk to the harbour with numerous restaurants. and Bars. Manolis met us outside the apartment and showed us in, explained how air-con and appliances worked. He responded very quickly to any queries. The apartment was very clean and spacious. On check out we were able to leave our luggage for the day and again Manolis met us to ensure we were safely in the airport taxis, ( which he booked for us). Overall a great holiday and would definitely return and recommend. Thank you Manolis for being a great host!
