Holiday rentals with breakfast in Koyunbaba Mahallesi

Nice property in Bitez with sport corner and really well-kept territory. We had a very pleasant stay here. Personnel on reception was extremely responsive. Just couple of steps to perfection: 1) Remove the rule “2 devices per person” for internet – that was not convenient. 2) Improve quality of cleaning: for example, curtains smell like they were washed in 19-th century.

Really nice house with a little pool. Everything was smooth.

First of all, thank you so much for your friendly and friendly welcome. The convenient and clean rooms were exactly as we expected, we really enjoyed the calmness of the hotel as we visited during the winter. It's a place we definitely want to come and visit during the summer.

Great aparthotel with a private area and a swimming pool. Only in winter is a very cold tile floor. Missing slippers!

I spent a total of 10 days here. It was everything it showed in advert , the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was was very clean , food was amazing. I would definitely return . Situated in an ideal location literally 5 minuet walk to a beach , short trip into bodrum town. Highly recommend

Michalis is a very fun Greek host. He knows exactly how to deal with hostal guests and restaurant guests. His resturant is a top recommendation on the island (Pita&Tzatziki, Lamb and Calamari are excellent). He is a generous host who has enchanted our vacation in his Greek way! The apartment was very new and clean, the bathroom was very nice with a large shower head. Everything is kept simple, which I and my girlfriend personally like very much. Another tip from our side is Rias Beach on the beach of Marmari, which is within walking distance (800 meters approx.). For €10 per day you get two excellent sunbeds, with sun protection. At the same time, you can enjoy the day with delicious food and drinks at reasonable prices (beer €3). All in all, it was a very nice holiday for both of us in Marmari and we are more than satisfied with our hosts Michalis. We will be back!

It was one of the cleanest, neat and calm places I've been. It's undoubtedly a place you can choose. As long as I'm on my way, I will continue to stay and definitely recommend it to my surroundings. We are very pleased with the attention and relevance of the employees. He deserves every penny.

We had a wonderful stay, the place was comfortable and the staff very friendly. Our kids also enjoyed the stay, they had freedom to move around, and they really enjoyed riding with the bicycles. It is near the shops and restaurants. I would recommend this place to any family. Thank you very much!

Definitely recommend this apartment. Super cozy little studio with a huge terrace and a great view to enjoy meals on, very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The host was super nice and check-in and -out were very relaxed. The location is great too since it's very quiet and peaceful, and with the bike (that you can borrow for free!) you're very quickly at the beach or the nearby flamingo lake. There are multiple shops nearby and a bus that goes to kos town twice a day (maybe even more often during summer), so you can explore the island.

Great hotel, great service, beautiful place!

The studio is nice and cosy sourrounded by other beautiful little houses that share a yard. Michalis is a great host and he running the tavern next door (which you cannot hear) serving excelllent food. Marmari beach and a supermarket are in walking distance and Tigaki beach about 15 minutes away by car. The interior of the house is nice and modern with a second apartment on top for other guests. However, if you want to cook there is only one plate on the stove and if you have children, there was no plastic tub available, so you have to manage somehow using the shower. But apart from these minor inconveniences, the place is worth a trip! You can have a coffee in the morning while the sun comes up over the mountaintip.

"Captain Pavlos apartments" are small and cozy vacation rooms made by family. It is a quiet place with a distance of about 250 steps to the wild sandy beach. Pavlos was very friendly and helpful. We always felt welcome. It is possible to rent bicycles, scooters and cars to low prices in the house. The distance to the center of Kos Town is about 4 kilometers. The day we arrived we were surprised with barbecue and Greek live music. That was an a special high light for us. You can have breakfast in the restaurant or make it yourself in your room. You can have lunch and diner. You can have a good daily menu for a cheap price ore some other dishes. The rooms are big enough and very clean. Every window is ensured against mosquitos. The sleeping room is equipped with air condition. Many lovely details make the environment pretty fine and cozy. Thank you Pavlos. We like to come again.

I really enjoyed my stay, staff were responsive and helpful. Loved the location, very stylish resort and great decor, enjoyed lazing on the day beds overlooking the oceon. Water great for swimming. Have dj’s playing music .. I usually dont like too much music, but the dj’s were great and I enjoyed the tunes which added to the experience. I also enjoyed the cats on location at the resort.

Our stay at Inone Mucho was great! It was really clean with a great room size. The breakfast was also satisfying. We loved that they had direct access to the beach. Would recommend!
