Waterfront holiday rentals in Koyunbaba Mahallesi

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Yiannis' and Georgia's apartment. It's newly renovated, super clean, has all amenities one could wish for and you can see the love they put into every detail. The location itself is fantastic: only a few steps from the beach (you have a wonderful sea view from the balcony) and super cute beach clubs (we'd particularly recommend Alibaba and Mylos) and waterfront restaurants (we especially liked Barbouni). The walk to the town center (which is a bit more touristy but very pretty as well) is only about 10-15 minutes, so you can easily get around by foot or bike, but we did enjoy our home neighborhood the most. As hosts, Yiannis and Georgia were a dream. They might be the nicest people we've ever met. Super accommodating, quick to respond and they made us feel so, so welcome from the moment we arrived in Kos to the second we left. We are really grateful and would definitely stay with them again!

Great location, perfect for families with children

I have stayed with a lot of airbnb so far. Mr. Muharrem was the most wonderful host. Mr. Husarrem was our parents, our parents were our upper neighbors, they left the garden crops at our door in the morning, a very sweet, kind family. All the items of the house were zero and sparkling clean house sheets, pillows, the kitchen area was immaculate, the kitchen area was quite sufficient, there is a beach within walking distance of the site, the prices are very reasonable, we ate there for dinners, I would recommend it most of the time. Thank you very much to the host

This Airbnb is a 10/10 and arguably the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. First of all would like to thank Aggeliki for being the best host we could ever ask for. She waited until 3am in the morning due to a flight delay for us and bought us milk, bread and cheese for the morning. She went above and beyond our expectations including sourcing a baby cot! She really made us feel at home. She included beach towels, blankets and even toothbrushes as part of her many amenities at the place. The pool area and the view is absolutely stunning. The pictures don’t do it justice. The price to stay here is worth it just for this view and pool. We never wanted to leave and often would spend the whole day here with hours just passing by. The room itself is wonderful - nice kitchen to make meals, big comfy bed and a lovely bathroom. I’m usually quite critical but I couldn’t fault this place one bit. The other reviews are 100% accurate. We will be back!

such a nice apartment ,view overlooking the beach and beautiful sunsets ,very helpful staff and lovely cleaner who came in every 2 days changed towels and linen and every few days cleaned the whole apartment which we didn't expect ,would definitely recommend , the only problem not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as are 2 flights of stairs

The house was clean and well kept. Had everything we needed. The host was very nice and friendly. Resmiye made us feel at home. There is a close by beach and local stores to buy your groceries from. Quiet and lovely neighborhood.

Anne Marie is a kind and good host. She informed us very well at check-in and checkout. The house is just as it is in the pictures, stylish and quite clean. Almost all the tools you'll need are available. The garden is well-maintained and great for children, the stairs can get a little tired. There is a barbecue in the garden. Each room has air conditioning and is a very useful house for families with children. The humidity is almost non-existent, and you can only sleep at night without air conditioning by opening the glass. There are mosquito nets on the windows. There are 2 bathrooms and very comfortable for stays of 6 people. The sea does not deepen very clean and clear quickly in August, six round stones and gravel, the beach is cakil-stone. In the morning, the amount of waves increases according to the wind in the afternoon. A warm sea for children. The beach is yours and you feel private. It was a very pleasant and beautiful holiday for us. Thank you for the peaceful and perfect amenities and see you 😊 again

As seen in the photos of the house, the linens and towels are as clean as you use in your own home. It is quite difficult to walk from the house to the sea, but you can go down to the beach in 1 minute by car, there is a parking lot on the beach. The site has its own deck chairs and umbrellas. The beach is not very crowded, you can easily find a place. The site has its own restaurant by the sea, the prices are not bad, we took our own food We took our own raki and they only charged a service fee. The host, Ms. Esra's mother, Ms. Sema, and her father are incredibly polite, caring, and friendly people. They took a close interest in us during our stay. We thank them once again for their polite and kind behavior. If you are looking for calmness and peace, I definitely recommend Ms. Esra's house. The house has a magnificent view. We sat and slept at home without sweating.

they responded to our messages immediately, we received an instant answer to each of our questions. The view of the villa is very beautiful. It was great to spend time in the garden and pool. Everything is available at home. Everything has been thought of. Only the bathrooms need to be renovated. They're a little outdated. Other than that, everything was very nice. We had a great stay experience. The host offered us an extra stay because there were no guests before and after, and thanks to him, we had a longer holiday. It's as if we didn't rent Airbnb, but we were guests at our friend's house. Thank you very much, I hope it will be available when we come back:)

It's a wonderful place, right by the sea and very peaceful. It has the written features and is as shown in the same photos. Thank you very much for your kind and helpful behavior to Ms. Handan and Mr. Galip. It was a wonderful holiday with the chickens in the garden and the very sweet dogs Zinc and Marko. The villa surrounds and hotel complex are beautiful and extremely pleasant to walk around (although note there are some quite steep hills). Everything you need is in the complex. The villa itself is very well decorated, clean and very easy to live in. The kitchen has everything you need and was immaculately clean. The host was responsive and was available at check-in to help us find the villa and settle in. We would definitely go back again.

Everything was very nice, the house was nice, it was spotless and it had everything you could need. They were very interested and helped us with everything. We were very pleased.

Everything about this stay was fantastic. The host was incredibly communicative and flexible — even allowing us a late checkout and providing an extra key for our family, which made things much easier. The flat was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with comfy beds and a great shower. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. The location was ideal: in a quiet, local area with great restaurants nearby, yet still within walking distance of the tourist spots and the harbour. A perfect balance of convenience and calm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definite consider next time in Kos. The fish restaurant next door was amazing, ferries to Turkey & other activities are across the street. Easy walk or bike rides to sandy beaches. Highly recommend Stella’s place!

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much

We stayed in the apartment for a week in May and were very satisfied. The check-in instructions were very clear and Dimitri always helped us out if we needed anything. A starter pack of coffee was provided and also a few snacks and a bottle of wine! The apartment is in sight of the sea which was very convenient. It was a great base for excursions by car on the island.

What an amazing location! It is close to all restaurants and beach clubs. We loved being able to relax on the balcony and have a full functioning kitchen. The host is amazing and helpful with everything. We had an absolutely great time in Kos and we will be back!
