You park your car in the parking space reserved for you right in front of the apartment. You can also stay with your dog. Check-in no later than 8:00 pm.

The house was built in 1948, just after the Continuation War. Information about its history is a bit difficult to find, but at some point the house has been inhabited by stevedores working in the nearby old port, and from that the house has been named the "stevedore house".
