In connection with the villa, there is a wood-heated barrel sauna, from which you can conveniently jump into the water along the dock for swimming. This stylish place is great for families and groups. The guest house was completed in the summer of 2023. Large bedroom with a double bed. The loft has a day&bed sofa, which provides separate beds or a double bed and two air mattresses; a double bed and individual air mattress beds. The property is located 13 km from the center of Kouvola, 10 km from Tykkimäki Amusement Park and along the way to Repovesi National Park, which is 35 km away. The basic number of guests is 2-4 people and the property can accommodate 8 people/5-8 people are subject to an additional fee.

Enjoy your stay in the bosom of nature on the shores of the lake. Heat the sauna, relax in the sauna while watching the lake scenery and occasionally jump in to swim in the clean lake water. Repovesi National Park is located a couple of kilometers away. So combining cottage living with hiking is a great success. In addition to the cottage, there is a barbecue hut where you can also stay overnight. A dock and a rowboat can also be found on the beach. The place is unique: a quiet private peninsula and traditional Finnish handicrafts in the cottage.

Living area 110m2. 6-person hot tub, 2 air heat pumps, 2 fireplaces, spacious wood-heated beach sauna, 1 toilet and shower in the main cabin. Electric car charging for an additional fee. Child-friendly sandy beach. SUP boards, rowboat, summer games. Wi-Fi, monitor, keyboard, mouse. The sauna cottage offers the peace of a private cottage, for example, for grandparents, teenagers, etc.

Maximum 2 adults and 2 children. Medium-sized electrified approx. 50 m² log cabin on the clear-water Niskajärvi lake with its own private beach, 15 m² beach sauna and outdoor toilet. The road goes all the way to the end. Firewood is included in the rent. The cottage has good 4G connections. Running water to the cabin, except in winter (11.1-4.15). Guests will have access to a rowboat and two life jackets. Kouvola's services can be found 40 kilometers away. Verla's Factory Museum is 10 km away.

Enjoy sun from morning to evening with lake views. The villa has two wood-fired saunas, large terraces, and three separate bedrooms. Modern facilities from the kitchen to a toilet and shower are provided. Spend evenings around the beach fireplace or explore the lake with the available boat and canoe. The villa includes a 65" Smart TV and 300 M wifi (remote working possible). The nearest shops are a 20-minute drive away, with Helsinki 90 minutes away by car. The nearest bus stop is 4 km away.

Kitchenette (stove, coffee maker, kettle, microwave), double bed, baby cot available on request, dining table, TV with chrome cast, internet, toilet, shower, dressing room and wood sauna. Outside, a wood grill with equipment. Large glazed terrace with radiator. The price includes linen, towels, wood, paddleboards and a rowboat. The tap water is potable and warm.

Summer cottage by a lake at Mäntyharju

Nice rebuilt log cottage by lake Siikanen. Cottage is electrified and equiped with cold drinking water and warm shower water system. Peaceful beach opening to direction south. Available a small boat and two SUP-boards. At the yard there is a gas grill and an equipment cottage for firewood and eco wc. Our own summer house is near by (at 150 meter distance) thus help and additional services are often easily found. English and German are spoken by the hosts Timo and Tuula.
