On the terrace, with its stunning lake view, a modern hybrid barbecue invites you to linger. A wallbox for electric cars completes the comfortable stay.

The beautiful clay house is located on a small hill, in the immediate vicinity of the village church. The cozy courtyard offers a wine-covered pergola with plenty of space, as well as sunny breakfast spots in the courtyard or in the garden behind the house. But even in the colder season, the house invites you to linger. For example, by the fireplace in the spacious kitchen or to make music in the piano room with a beautiful view over the village and the nearby manor house. Sole use/detached!

Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

Gottesgnaden lockmaster farmstead

The house is located on the Saale island of Gottesgnaden. Here the lock keeper lived and worked with his family. Today you can relax here on the 7x4 m terrace, make yourself comfortable in the great kitchen with fireplace, enjoy the river landscape, fishing, standup paddling or chill in the approx. 1000 sqm garden. The house is a single monument and belongs to the lock. The lock is in operation and is maintained and serviced by the Water and Shipping Authority.

The cottage offers space for 4 people, on about 75 m² of living space. On the ground floor (45 m²) there are two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x single bed), a guest toilet, the hallway and the kitchen. Our spacious vacation home mimadi offers plenty of space especially for families and groups. The vacation home is modernly equipped with 1 living room (with sleeping option), 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen-living room. It has satellite TV in the living room, in 2 bedrooms and kitchen as well as free Wi-Fi. Behind the house is an approx. 900 sqm garden to relax and unwind. Here you can enjoy your breakfast in peace and quiet and end the day.

Little book house on Lake Bergwitz

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.
