Peaceful unique townhouse in the artists' city

A unique opportunity to see and stay in one of the two small, yellow, brick-built houses by the water. The two houses were restored in 1978-79 and in 1982 received a diploma from the "Association for Building and Landscape Culture" and "Europa Nostra". The two houses are protected to this day and are mostly seen as a photo stop for tourists. The house is located right down to the water, which is seen from the windows, but at the same time in the middle of the city, with life and a lot of activities. If you want to be on the beach, Kobæk beach is only 2 kilometers away.

Cottage in the first row, sauna and private beach

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Charming summer house

Welcome to a charming little summerhouse where you can enjoy the waves and the chirping of birds for your morning coffee. Located just a few minutes walk from Kelstrup beach (about 100 meters), offers the perfect setting for the holiday. The large sun terrace is for long days in the sun and the large garden invites for play and games, while a practical outdoor shower is perfect for a rinse after a day at the beach. In addition, it is approximately 3 km to Stillinge Beach and the ice cream shop. NOT RENTED FOR A PARTY. No smoking

1st floor of a house from 1750. Here you have the entire floor (66m2) for yourselves with views of the city and harbor. Large living room combined with a sleeping area, private toilet/bathroom and kitchenette (for heating food) combined with another sleeping area. 100 meters to the naval station, marina, fortress, marine museum and the entire historic district. The location is a 1700s street environment with cobblestones, street mirrors and hollyhocks. Walking distance to shopping and public transportation.

Enjoy direct nature views and tranquil surroundings, perfect for relaxation or outdoor activities. Just an hour from Copenhagen, explore hiking trails, sea swims, Goose Tower, Møn, Stevns, and Forest Tower. Large double bed, ideal for two travelers, possibly with a baby.

Beautiful guest house

Visit our small guest house. We stayed there while we renovated our farm, which is 25 metres from the guest house, separated by trees. It is quiet and scenic, and it has a beautiful view of grasslands with wild animals and birds. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sorø lake and 15-20 minutes through the forest to Parnas, a family-friendly swimming area with shade and a swimming bridge. Parnasvej and the railway can be heard in the background when sitting outside. It doesn't bother us.

This rare and unique place is located directly on the seafront with a highly magnified view of the sea and the Storebælt Bridge. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on a 3,100m2 beautiful natural plot with pine trees. Here you can really enjoy the silence and the raw nature. Storebælt is right at your front door. The cottage is cosy furnished, with spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and an open kitchen-dining area. The view of the sea can be enjoyed from all the rooms.

Private and quiet guest house with private bathroom and kitchen

The guest house is with its own bathroom and kitchen. It has a private entrance and parking. The guesthouse is well-suited for an overnight stay or two for guests passing through. Many people choose the place as a quiet stop on the journey. Tenant can self check in. I don't greet as a host, you check yourself in. Sleeps 4 Double bed: 180x200 2 beds: 120x200 Cleaning, linens, and towels included. Dishwasher and underfloor heating The area is scenic, and there are many good walks.

The Garden House

Herudover er der to madrasser Stort badeværelse m.vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Lækkert køkken, m. alt udstyr, åben forbindelse til stuen. Wifi + Chromecast i begge Tv Smuk lukket have med trampolin, terrasse m. Loungemøbler, gasgrill (5€ ). Hunde er velkomne, ikke i møblerne! Ladestander 3,50kr pr kWh Sauna 250kr pr dag

(Will follow in English) Fantastisk charmerende sommerhus, med eminent beliggenhed! Følelsen af at stå på dækket af et skib, da havet og skøn strand er 4 meter nede for huset. Der er trappe ned til stranden. Smuk 180 grader view over Storebælt, både inde fra huset og fra terrassen. Terrassen er sydvendt så der er sol hele dagen :-) Den er 26 meter bred og udgør hjertet af vores skønne sommerhus. Man ser både de smukkeste solopgange og solnedgange fra huset.
