Cozy little cottage on fantastic natural grounds located with good views on top of a hill up in the treetops. Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

The little blue house in the forest offers tranquility and presence. Here you can put your feet up or hike the hills in the beautiful landscape of South Jutland. There are plenty of activities for the whole family just a few minutes' drive from the cottage. In winter, you can light the fire, the fireplace and roll down the screen and watch a good movie. We love having guests and have tried to create a nice and functional starting point for a nice stay in beautiful Djursland. There is not much luxury here, nor is there much space, but it is cozy and decent - and centrally located in relation to Djursland's many glories. For example, we have Djurs Sommerland, golf, fishing lake, playground and animal park almost in the backyard. Nice dogs are welcome (Note: stairs to the first floor). We have two nice dogs ourselves. Sommerhuset står forsat indenfor meget originalt, men det hele er pænt og rent og ikke mindst hyggeligt. Udenfor er der en stor grund på 2782 kvm, stor græs plæne, legehus og legetårn med gynger. Sommerhuse er omkranset af naturgrund med store træer.

Near Ebeltoft, you will find this cottage nestled in its wild garden with a hammock and garden bench. The house offers many unique details such as a wood-burning stove. Sustainability is a recurring theme. The loft is the perfect retreat when you need complete relaxation with a good book, or where the little ones can play. The garden is basically allowed to take care of itself. The cottage also offers a lovely outdoor shower and after a rinse, you can enjoy the outdoor sauna

Prærievognen rummer alt det en normal bolig indeholder bare i mindre skala. Nyt privat sommerhus fra 2018 med en skøn udsigt og beliggenhed, som vi lejer ud, hvis I vil passe på det:) Alt er lyst og imødekommende. Huset ligger rigtigt fint på grunden med en fantastisk dejlig udsigt ud over årstidernes gang i Mols Bjerge. Der er et stort køkken/alrum og opholdsrum med brændeovn, badeværelse og tre pæne værelser med køje eller dobbeltsenge. Der er en stor terrasse mod syd og vest rundt om huset.

This 80 m2 beautiful apartment is located in an oasis, in the middle of agricultural land, with rich bird and animal life. When the sun goes down, there is ample opportunity to study the night sky. Also close to Djursland's many attractions, as well as Mols Bjerge, and the many hiking trails. 3 km to basic shopping and 8 km to a larger selection. Feel free to use the electric car charger, at the daily price.
