The house is located at the end of a quiet residential street, close to bus, forest, lake, playground, ketch center, ball and basketball court. On the property is a lovely garden with sunny corners, terraces, lawn, orangery, fire pit, children's area with sandbox, playhouse and kitchen. Inside, there is a bright kitchen-living room, small bathroom, hallway and 3 bedrooms - 2 small and one slightly larger. The largest room has a double bed (picture coming), the smaller ones have beds of 120 cm and 140 cm respectively. In the living room is a futon mattress of 140 cm.

Bright apartment in a townhouse in the town of Egtved. With parking at the apartment. From here, you are about 15 minutes from Legoland, 20 minutes from Kolding and Vejle and 1 hour from Aarhus by car. Private garden with terrace, and good shopping in Egtved. In addition, there is ample opportunity for beautiful nature and cultural experiences in the nearby area. Bed linen and towels must be brought. The beds are 180 cm and 160 cm wide. There are three floors, so many stairs. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a 180cm bed, as well as our son's room with a children's bed. There is a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is also a children's bath. In the living room there is a large kitchen, with floating sofa that can be cromecast to the TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes + a small toilet. In the basement there is a bedroom, 160 cm bed. As well as bathroom with washer + dryer. Enclosed and fenced yard with sandbox.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood.

Huset ligger centralt placeret på en stille villavej med kort vej til indkøb, busstop med direkte forbindelse til Legoland og Billund og naturligvis Koldings bycentrum blot 5 minutter væk. I “baghaven” finder I et flot naturområde ved Kolding Å og Kolding Ådal, og legeparken for små og store er en kort spadseretur fra hoveddøren.
