Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Keep in mind that the stairs to the 1st floor are a bit steep, and there's not so much space around the double bed. Outside there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

Located only 45 minutes drive from Legoland and only 10 minutes from Kolding city, which has good restaurants, Kolding Storcenter, museums and many other child-friendly activities.

From here, you are about 15 minutes from Legoland, 20 minutes from Kolding and Vejle and 1 hour from Aarhus by car. Private garden with terrace, and good shopping in Egtved. In addition, there is ample opportunity for beautiful nature and cultural experiences in the nearby area. Bed linen and towels must be brought. The beds are 180 cm and 160 cm wide. Guests are responsible for final cleaning. There is a weekend bed for a child.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Huset ligger i gå afstand til Jels Sø, hvor der er mulighed for at bade, fiske, sejle m.m. 1,2 km derfra ligger Royal Oak Golf Club og alle byens indkøbsmuligheder og spisesteder er også inden for gåafstand. Gæster har adgang til hele boligen privat overdækket terrasse, parkering og en lukket indhegnet have. Huset har en perfekt central beliggenhed til udflugter i det sydlige Danmark. Hunde er også velkomne.

Centralt placeret midt i landet, tæt på strand, skov og indkøb. Kun 40 min. kørsel til Legoland. Kun 5 min. kørsel til stranden. Konceptet bygger på tillid, da jeg bor her til dagligt. Så det forventes at man passer på huset og dets inventar og det efterlades i samme rengjorte stand som det modtages.🥰 Vand, varme og el er inkluderet i prisen.

This cozy 50 m2 home is located in a quiet place less than a kilometer from the city center and with easy access to and from the highway. The house has a kitchen/living room with dining table for four people and a sofa bed, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer and oven. In the garden, there is a furnished terrace with the option to eat outdoors and enjoy the surroundings. There is free parking and WiFi for the house.
