Holiday rentals with a patio in Kolbermoor

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was incredibly clean, quiet, and spacious—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. What stood out most was how considerate and kind the host was. Everything we needed was thoughtfully prepared, from cookware to other amenities, showing that the host paid close attention to every little detail to ensure a comfortable stay. I truly appreciated the care that went into making the space welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again without hesitation!

Very nice apartment with everything you need. Balcony in an enchanting setting with horses in the fields. Well located, close enough to the airport without any disturbances and close to Munich. Easy parking. Very helpful people.

Werner is a very friendly and helpful host who gave me some great sightseeing suggestions. The house is very clean and well-equipped. It’s a quiet and beautiful place with fresh air, and the entrance to the forest is just a short walk away. I had a great stay here—it’s a highly recommended place to stay.

We arrived as two households with a toddler. Our granddaughter was immediately delighted with the truly child-friendly amenities. We didn't expect this to be so great. Very child-friendly for small children and babies. We liked the generous interior design as well as the tasteful furnishings. There was everything you needed. We can recommend this accommodation with a very good conscience.

This apartment was absolutely beautiful, definitely a 1000/10 recommend!!! Markus is the sweetest person ever and you definitely feel at home. He gave us some recommendations outside of the activities we had planned. It’s good enough distance from Oktoberfest, I will definitely be booking again next year!

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool – in the rather bad weather, it was just the thing to still create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constant between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile cot, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. The size of the sauna allows several people to relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we could not really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

The accommodation is very clean, it has a dedicated parking garage, garage 15. The location of the accommodation is easy to find, the environment is very elegant. There is a washing machine and a dryer. Two toilets, one separate toilet, one is the bathroom to the toilet. The garden is beautiful. The dining table can accommodate 10 people. Very good, worth recommending

We spent our "honey moon" in the beautiful holiday home with Sabine. Sabine welcomed us so warmly and provided us with great information. The holiday home is beautiful and furnished with a lot of love. The location is outstanding. Directly on the Alpbach and only a few minutes' walk from Lake Tegernsee. This was the most beautiful and best-equipped accommodation I have ever been to. Beautifully and lovingly furnished with great "extras" such as beautiful hand cream, etc. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun and slowly start the day - a dream. Anja gave us great tips for the area. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great holiday here! You feel immediately arrived and nothing is missing, everything is very clean and prepared with a lot of love, it doesn't get any better! The highlight is, of course, the large heated pool. The town of Rott was also the perfect starting point for many excursions in the area and you will find everything you need there as well as many beautiful restaurants. Marius is a super accommodating landlord, is available for any questions and can be reached at short notice. The apartment is small but nice, exactly as described. Cleanliness is excellent and everything your heart desires is available. Parking is sufficiently available and restaurants are also within walking distance. Location, location, location! Close to many museums, restaurants, markets, boutiques, and only a short subway trip to center of Munich. Sarah’s place was perfect for our week stay in Munich! The place was spotless, modern, and well equipped. She took initiative to make our stay even more comfortable for us and our adult daughter. Thank you, Sarah. A great place to stay...one of the most beautiful we've booked on Airbnb so far. Everything was great and everything you need was available.
