This apartment is a separate area in a detached house with a private bathroom and a full kitchen. It is located in the basement as a semi-basement apartment with 2 large windows. The furniture was completely new in 2022. A large smart TV and Wi-Fi are available and there is also the possibility to use the washing machine. The house itself is situated in an idyllic location in the countryside. Destinations such as the thermal spa Erding and Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Quiet and bright apartment in the hiking paradise of Samerberg. Dream location in the countryside, surrounded by meadows, forests and fields. Hiking, swimming, cycling and much more. Close to the Samerberger Filze natural pool, Lake Chiemsee and mountains. Very suitable for bike friends (Samerberg Bike Park) - hikers (Hochries, Heuberg, Kampenwand, Wendelstein...). Our cozy, individually furnished accommodation is a separate residential unit on the upper floor with its own bathroom - shower/WC, a single kitchen and a small silent refrigerator (36 liters), which is only used by our guests. Opposite the small kitchen, the third sleeping option is located in a niche. A covered seating area will be at your disposal on the east side. The small, non-haired Biewer Yorkshire Pino from the neighboring house likes to visit us daily.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

A complete farmhouse for you alone? Do you want to relax, enjoy peace and quiet and go hiking? Then the Bio-Gmaiserhof is just right for you! A historically renovated farmhouse in a unique "hut location" and yet easily accessible by public transport in Fischbachau for you all alone. Close to ski resort, lakes, mountains and alpine pastures. Fantastic view of the Wendelstein between Schliersee and Bayrischzell.
