Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and is wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage was renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and nice wooden veranda, where you can sit very privately, with beautiful views. Within 5 minutes, you can drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you will find supermarkets, nice shops and restaurants. The dunes and forest are within walking distance, and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 minutes.

Enjoy the fantastic panoramic views. Our studio has a luxurious bathroom with rain shower, kitchen with dishwasher, combi microwave, induction hob, Nespresso and spacious refrigerator, underfloor heating. Complete privacy on the outskirts of Bergen with the city center 5 minutes away. Free use of 2 bikes. It is possible to bring your dog (see the house rules for the conditions and extra costs). In June-September, rentals are per whole week from Saturday to Saturday, outside of that, a minimum of 3 nights.

Schoorl, a Village with Dunes, Forest, Sea & Beach

The cozy living room is wonderfully bright, and through the glass facade, equipped with sun blinds, over the full width of the living room, you can enjoy the entire day both indoors and outdoors. With the double garden doors, you can optimally connect the living room with the terrace. In addition to a large dining table/bar, there is a spacious sitting area with a flat-screen TV. The luxurious open kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances such as a dishwasher, oven and refrigerator.

Studio Koedijk. Near beach, city and nature.

We welcome you in our home on the Great North Holland Canal. Our lovely studio has a private entrance and terrace and is situated on the ground floor. Includes use of 2 bicycles and a canoe. You can cycle from our studio to the beach in about 30 min. The historic city of Alkmaar is 15 min. away. Recreational area Geestmerambacht (walking, cycling, swimming, water sports) is within walking distance. Our studio is perfect for couples looking for a nice spot between the outdoors and the city.

Everything is even within reach by bike. Bicycle rental is therefore possible. Swimming/paddle boarding is possible in front of the door. (Note: it is not an official swimming facility) In addition, enjoy the rural views and the beautiful sunset. Everything is here in the house for a wonderful and varied stay!

Unique apartment in a mansion from 1898. Alkmaar

With great enthusiasm, we have renovated our old mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we now rent out. The house is located in a lively neighborhood, a 5-minute walk to the city center and a 4-minute walk to the train station, from where you can reach Amsterdam Centraal in 34 minutes. The apartment has been recently and carefully renovated and equipped with all comforts, entirely for private use with balcony.

De Buizerd: a super cozy, spacious guest house in the tail of a West Frisian stolpboerderij overlooking the meadows, located close to the beach and the dunes of Bergen and Schoorl. This spacious and cozy house sleeps six adults and/or children. For example, a family with two children and grandparents (who have their bedroom and private bathroom downstairs). Or a group of friends looking for a nice location for their annual get-together weekend.

The holiday house is located on the North Holland Canal. The house is not very quiet, but cozy and centrally located to Alkmaar, Bergen and Schoorl. Very suitable for girlfriend clubs, bicycle clubs and families, who do not want to be in a holiday park. The house has many original details, which makes it atmospheric and characteristic. The house is connected to the owner's home, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.
