The apartment was newly renovated and newly furnished in 2020. In the immediate vicinity are the market square, cafes, restaurants, shops for strolling and an e-bike rental from the neighbor. Ruhig gelegen im Fliegerviertel trotz direkter Nähe zur Innenstadt (10min Fußweg) sowie zum Landauer Zoo (5min Fußweg) und dem Park der ehemaligen Landauer Festungsanlage (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1min Fußweg). Die Pfälzer Weinberge sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Straße.

The 60 square meter old town apartment was only furnished in 09/2020. It is centrally located right in the old town of Landau, and close to the market square. A large parking space is available in front of the house. You will stay in a listed building from 1900. It offers you the ideal start to explore the Palatinate and the picturesque surroundings on foot, by bike, car or public transport. And at the same time, you live in the city with cafes, restaurants and bars nearby.

The Southern Palatinate and the Palatinate Forest invite you with their popular excursion destinations, countless refreshment stops, modern wine bars, good wine and Palatinate hospitality. The climatic health resort of Edenkoben is conveniently located, has bus and train and is only a few kilometers from Neustadt a.d.W. and Landau.

Pfalzfreude Winery in Hainfeld

In the tranquil Hainfeld on the popular German Wine Route is our winery built in 1738. Of course, the house has an authentic winery that invites you to linger outdoors. The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.

The approx. 30 sqm apartment has been renovated with ecological building materials. The walls are plastered with clay and the floor was laid with wooden planks, creating a cozy atmosphere. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a fridge and a coffee maker. The two rooms are separated by a passageway.
