The house is a cottage, in a quiet area close to the water's edge, and yet only 15 minutes by car to Køge, which is a town with both shopping, restaurants, cafes and a movie theater. The nearest local restaurant is only 10 minutes from the house (on foot). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes from the house by car. The house has a unique overgrown garden, where you are completely undisturbed due to the large trees. The garden is fenced. There's a trampoline and a big lawn. There are 3 rooms (2 of them are connected)

The old mill has been completely renovated and is now a cute 40m2 guesthouse. It holds a kitchen with a fridge, freezer, stovetop and oven, a bathroom, a living room with a dining area and two loftbeds (180×200 and 140x200). The house is located about 20 meters from our main house, so you will have access to your own private part of the garden with fruit trees, a nice patio with a barbecue, eating area and lovely views of the surrounding fields. You also have your own driveway and parking space.

Nyd ferien 300 meter fra Køge Bugt Tænk at holde ferier eller fridage, blot 300 meter fra vandet. Det er et dejlig stille område, som ligger tæt på skov og strand. Der er 2 restauranter meget tæt. Stor terrasse. Jeg udlejer ikke, til familie med børn under 8 år. Man må ikke have, ude sko på indenfor. Der er 45 minutters kørsel til København. Det tager kun 15 minutter i bil til Stevns Klint.
