It only takes 30 minutes by train to Copenhagen from Køge.

The house is a cottage, in a quiet area close to the water's edge, and yet only 15 minutes by car to Køge, which is a town with both shopping, restaurants, cafes and a movie theater. The nearest local restaurant is only 10 minutes from the house (on foot). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes from the house by car. The house has a unique overgrown garden, where you are completely undisturbed due to the large trees. The garden is fenced. There's a trampoline and a big lawn. There are 3 rooms (2 of them are connected)

The old mill has been completely renovated and is now a cute 40m2 guesthouse. It holds a kitchen with a fridge, freezer, stovetop and oven, a bathroom, a living room with a dining area and two loftbeds (180×200 and 140x200). The house is located about 20 meters from our main house, so you will have access to your own private part of the garden with fruit trees, a nice patio with a barbecue, eating area and lovely views of the surrounding fields. You also have your own driveway and parking space.

There are 2 restaurants very close by. Large terrace. I don't rent to families with children under 8 years of age. You are not allowed to wear outdoor shoes indoors. It's a 45-minute drive to Copenhagen. It's only a 15-minute drive to Stevns Klint.
