Fantastically located house 90 meters from the waterfront! Private accommodation! Magical views and lots of inside coziness. All modern amenities, with wood-burning stove and air conditioning. 60 m2 spread over 2 floors. At the top a living room with open kitchen. Bottom one bedroom with 180x200 bed, and open chamber with sofa bed 120x200. This is a transit room. Bathroom with walk in shower. Wireless internet, as well as TV. Everything in kitchenware and dishwasher. 2 terraces, as well as cozy farm. There is a grill.

Peaceful surroundings in a small secluded town but still only 10 minutes to Odense central station in car. There are no public transportation possibilities. Come by var or bicycle. Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. - beach house - this is for guests who want a few meters to sand and water - high-end summer house - excellent walking and hiking trails - exceptional view, location - two paddle boards free to be used - space for 8 people to sleep. In the main house there are two bedrooms each with space for 2 people. In the annex there is space for 4 people. - the annex is hearted by an electric heating machine in the winter.
