Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

The University of Landau and the city centre are about 2 km away, the Master School for Hearing Acoustics and the Educational Centre for Occupational Therapy are about 4 km away. Our holiday home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the Southern Wine Road in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at 355m altitude, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 sqm fenced forest plot, there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a gazebo made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. You can also book our "Waldhaus mit Traumblick" on the Teufelsberg and our "Grünes Feriendomizil" in Landau/Pfalz on this portal.

On the ground floor is a living and dining area with a small well-equipped kitchen as well as a shower room. The first floor has 2 separate bedrooms up to 4 people, each with two beds. The house has a terrace with direct access to the garden.
