The house is situated in a beautiful garden in the quiet, idyllic Palatine village of Mühlheim. The Gesindehaus is tastefully restored and expanded and has many loving details. On the first floor is the living/dining room with a fireplace as well as the kitchen room with a spiral staircase to the top floor. In addition, there is the bathroom with large shower, toilet and washing machine as well as a bedroom with workplace and double bed (120 cm). In the studio of the attic is another bed (180 cm) and a large roof terrace.

The perfect place for cycling tours, wine tastings and hikes through the Palatinate Forest. There is a butcher's shop and a beauty salon in the house. A bakery with a café right next door. There is free parking in front of the house and a lockable bicycle parking space is available on request.

We offer a cozy, lovingly furnished apartment, renovated and newly furnished in 2023, in the basement of our house with its own entrance. 50 square meters are distributed over a spacious hall, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a living and sleeping area with kitchenette and dining area. Everything is there and included in the price. (Towels, bed sheets, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dishes) All you have to do is live and enjoy. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth.

We built the Blue Villa to make people happy: first our children and now our guests who enjoy the incredibly peaceful atmosphere and the breathtaking view over the wine route. The apartment in the basement offers 50 square meters of living space for couples who want to be completely private. A king-size bed invites you to cuddle. A simple kitchen complements the lovingly designed ambiance. Under the canopy of old oaks lies your private outdoor area of around 100 square meters.

The apartment is fully equipped and offers up to 3 people a relaxing stay with incredible views over the Rhine Valley. Air conditioning can be used for 10 EUR per day if needed. From 2025, our municipality has decided on a "tourist tax" of EUR 1 per person per day. This needs to be paid in cash during your stay.

The apartment is in the heart of Grünstadt, a few minutes from the A6 and 3 minutes' walk from the train station/accessible via Mannheim or Mainz. The 75 m² are spread over three rooms, as well as a kitchen (fully equipped) and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The antique furnishings give the apartment a very cozy character.
