Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Klausen

Marcos apartment was phenomenal for our family with 2 young children. The space is larger than it looks in the photos and is laid out very well. Having 2 bathrooms and 2 showers was wonderful. The patio has a beautiful view of the valley towards Bolzano. Retractable blackout window covers allow the rooms to stay dark despite early sunrise in the summer. Very close to Soprabolzano but also easy drive to other places. Marcos parents live in the apartment below and were very nice and fun to talk with despite our poor Italian.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Dietmar’s place in Vahrn, South Tyrol. It had everything we needed and more! The apartment was spotless and impeccably clean, with a beautifully designed interior that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the peacefulness — you couldn’t hear a sound from outside, which made for incredibly relaxing nights. The view from the terrace was simply spectacular, and we loved spending time there soaking it all in. We came with a relatively large SUV (Volvo XC60) and had no issues at all, as the parking lot was spacious and convenient. Dietmar, thank you so much for this amazing stay. We would wholeheartedly recommend your place to anyone visiting the area, and we would absolutely love to come back again!

Wir haben 6 Nächte mit zwei Kindern (2 & 5) in der herrlichen Unterkunft verbracht und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist wundervoll: richtig schön, gut ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz zu viert. Vor Ort konnten wir den Garten mitbenutzen und auch die verschiedenen Tiere mit erleben, sehr zur Freude insbesondere des Fünfjährigen. Mit dem Auto sind zahlreiche Wanderwege, Schwimmbäder, Spielplätze, Almhütten gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, konnten in der Unterkunft mit dem weiten Panoramablick gut zur Ruhe kommen sowie zu vielen klasse Ausflugszielen starten - uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

The house is in a great location, with amazing views of the mountains. We loved Niederdorf – such a cute little town. It’s a short walk into the center of town with easy access to busses and trains, plus a few restaurants and bakeries. If you want even more dining options, Dobbiaco is a short drive or train ride away (we would highly recommend Restaurant Winkelkeller). The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, including lots of Nespresso coffee pods. Two of the bedrooms are quite large, but be forewarned that the two single beds are in an extremely small room. It would probably work ok for young children but it’s not ideal for adults.

Eravamo già stati in questo splendido appartamento in estate e siamo tornati volentieri anche questo inverno. L’appartamento è stupendo, tranquillo e molto ben arredato. È vicino al centro di Brixen e si raggiunge tutto a piedi. Il garage privato è davvero la punta di diamante di questo appartamento, oltre alla bellezza dell’appartamento stesso. In inverno si può ammirare ancora meglio la torre bianca di Brixen direttamente dal balcone! Questa volta abbiamo anche usufruito della cucina in quanto abbiamo cucinato 2 volte e devo dire che era molto ben attrezzata. Tutto fantastico, torneremo sicuramente!

From the free bikes to the thoughtful touches throughout, everything was perfect. She was always available, kind, and made us feel completely at home. Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.

Wir haben in der Villa Bux eine Woche verbracht und die Zeit und das Zimmer sehr genossen! Das Airbnb ist sehr einfach zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Meran zu erreichen und ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für tolle Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Café im Untergeschoss bietet hervorragendes Frühstück und Snacks für den Tag! Ansonsten befinden sich unzählige Restaurants in Laufnähe! Danke Katharina für die tolle Zeit und Service!

We had a few questions about locating the house but with the photo we did locate the unit and followed the instructions to get in. For some reason we had a question about getting the key out of the door but thanks to the responsiveness of Elena and Giulio we were inside and ready to enjoy our time there. There are no restaurants within walking distance but plenty of wonderful eateries close by. The accommodations are just as described and the host is ready to help if needed. Would stay again and hopefully you find this review helpful

Wir waren zum Wandern, Mountainbiken und natürlich auch zum Erkunden der Stadt da. Es war mega! Die Gegend eignet sich hervorragend dazu und man kann das schöne große Haus und den Garten genießen! Wir hatten 2 kleine Chihuahuas dabei und das hat hervorragend funktioniert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Bar sowie eine sehr gute Pizzeria gibt es zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonsten sollte man das Auto nehmen und in die Stadt fahren. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es. Auch konnten wir einige Seen und Attraktionen toll erreichen. Es hat sich gelohnt! Wir waren viel unterwegs, haben aber auch die Großzügigkeit des Hauses und Gastgebers sehr genossen und geschätzt. Danke

Meine Mädels und ich hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt im Wohlfühlhaus. Von hier sind wir zum Alpine Coaster Imst und in die Area47 und konnten die restliche Zeit im wunderschönen Garten genießen. Wir können die Unterkunft von Herzen empfehlen!

Playing tennis on a private court with that stunning view it felt like scene from a movie. The court is in fantastic condition surrounded by mountain beauty. The property was cozy and charming, well-equipped and perfectly located - peaceful scenic and unique. Federica is wonderful host - warm and welcoming, always helpful and kind. If you love nature and tennis this place is dream come true. We can’t wait to come back!

An absolutely perfect apartment to stay at for our ski holiday. A short drive away from all the major resorts in Val di Fassa/Dolomiti Supreski and 200m from the ski bus stop. The apartment itself was in very good order with ample room to sleep 6 people, a very well stocked kitchen and two pristine bathrooms with drying racks for boots and gloves. Simone himself was delightful and always responsive to any questions we had, regarding any restaurant suggestions, questions about the area in general, or discussing how to organize the checkout procedure. All in all a very nice apartment with a great host. Will definitely be booking it again for our next trip to the Val di Fassa region

Unser Aufenthalt im Sissi Queen Chalet war einfach perfekt. Die Lage ist traumhaft – mit herrlichem Weitblick und absoluter Ruhe. Das Chalet ist modern, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Besonders genossen haben wir den privaten SPA-Bereich – einfach himmlisch nach einem Tag in der Natur! Die Gastgeber waren herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen garantiert wieder.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, die auch gehobenen Ansprüchen zu genügen vermag. Ruhige und beschauliche Umgebung; ein parkähnlicher Garten, der zum Verweilen einlädt. Hervorragende Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin, mit einer umfassenden Dokumentation zur Wohnung und zu Freizeitaktivitäten, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Gastronomie in der Umgebung.

Soggiorno meraviglioso a Bressanone! Friedrich è stato gentilissimo, è venuto a prenderci alla stazione e ci ha accolti con grande disponibilità. L’appartamento è centralissimo, moderno, pulitissimo e con una vista mozzafiato su fiume, montagne e centro storico. Perfettamente accessibile anche per persone con disabilità: nessuno scalino, si arriva comodamente al 5º piano con l’ascensore. Suggeriamo solo di fornire una mappa per orientarsi meglio all’interno del complesso (un po’ labirintico all’inizio) e magari aggiungere un tostapane, utile per molti turisti. Durante un’eccezionale ondata di caldo, abbiamo notato l’assenza di aria condizionata, contrariamente a quanto indicato: è presente solo un sistema di ventilazione che non mantiene la temperatura stabile. Dettagli minori: per il resto, tutto al top. Consigliatissimo!

Laura was a very responsive host, proactively communicating and sharing tips for our travel and check-in. The apartment was super super clean and well equipped for a longer stay. We also worked from the apartment which was easy thanks to the spacious kitchen and dedicated workspace in one of the bedrooms. The instructions on where to park were very detailed and it was extremely helpful to have a cold parking spot in the garage. 10/10 would visit again! 😊

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sauber und wunderschön. Die Kommunikation war super, haben immer schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Zum Wandern ist die Lage ideal. und auch an Regentagen fühlt man sich super wohl. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ute's place was perfect, extremely clean, in a nice quiet location close to the city of Cortina. Her communication was excellent, and she has some great recommendations. The house has everything we needed for a 4 night stay to hike the surrounding trails. It was central to all the main hikes. We highly recommend Ute's location.

Superbe logement situé au premier étage au dessus d’une pizzeria qui permet de se restaurer jusqu’à tard. Très bel appartement, Hannes nous a accueilli et nous a même aidé en demandant au restaurant d’en dessous si on pouvait laisser la voiture sur le parking vu qu’on restait qu’une nuit! Il nous a même fait une surprise en nous laissant du saucisson, du vin et du miel maison! Très gentil de sa part! Je recommande à 100% vous ne serez pas déçu! Je reviendrai si je repasse dans le coin! Super sympa!
