Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock einer alten Mühle, das Erdgeschoss ist dauervermietet. Im Garten lässt man begleitet vom Rauschen des anliegenden Flusses die Seele baumeln. Im Sommer findet man Abkühlung in den kühlen Räumen des 750 Jahre alten Gebäudes oder ist in wenigen Minuten am Wörthersee od in den Bergen, im Winter im Schigebiet. Ländlich gelegen und doch an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz von Klagenfurt angeknüpft genießt man hier einen besonderen Aufenthalt inmitten von Kärnten.

Das Apartment ist hell und freundlich. Es gibt einen Wohn/Schlafraum mit Balkon, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer. Hinter dem Haus ist ein Garten der benutzt werden kann. Die Bushaltestelle, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Arzt, Apotheke, Friseur, Fitnessstudio, Kaffeehaus...sind 3 bis 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ins Zentrum und zum Krankenhaus fährt man 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und eignet sich sehr für längere Aufenthalte. Der gratis Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus.

Since last year, we have also opened the doors of our special retreat to guests. The apartment has a separate entrance and is very spacious😀. Klagenfurt's local mountain "Kreuzbergl" is right on our doorstep. The hiking trails of the local recreation area lead past ponds and a beautifully situated vantage point to Lake Wörthersee. Along the Lend Canal, the lake can be reached in just 10 minutes by bike. Klagenfurt city centre is just 1 km away and almost all sights are within walking distance.
