The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

Own small house with garden and balcony. Very centrally located in the center of Klagenfurt. The city center is only 2-3 minutes walk away. Direct proximity to the Lendhafen, where several nice coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets can be found.
