Sjöstugan - our pearl right by the lake! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and view of the lake. Wood-fired sauna with a dip in the lake right next door. Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

Guest cottage in the countryside. Located in separate building on our property. The apartment has one (sleep) room/kitchen , furnished hall as well as bathroom and is 35 sqm. Cozy location by the forest between the sea and the lake (4-5 km). Perfect for establishing both Skåne and Blekinge. Bromölla nice hiking/biking trails by the sea, along Ivösjön, in the beech forest. Sölvesborg 12 km , an old city center and nice beaches. Sweden Rock 20 km Kjugekull Bouldering 8 km Sheets and towels are not included, can be arranged if we are at home!

Relax with family/friends in this peaceful accommodation. Only 150 meters away from Skåne's largest lake Ivösjön. The cottage is 90 sqm and is decorated in a modern style with most amenities. Here you live in the middle of nature with lovely forest around the corner and with the lake and sandy beach just below. The cabin consists of 2 bedrooms one with 1st double bed and one with 2 bunk beds. 1st toilet with shower and washing machine. Large terrace with garden furniture and grill. On the property, there is also a wood-fired sauna.

Newly built (2020), bright and fresh apartment (54 m2) on the farm Fagraslätt, 10 km from Kristianstad. The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

Right between Hörvik and the Spraglehall nature reserve is the small charming fishing village Krokås. In Krokås there is its own small fishing harbor and a popular beach. There are restaurants, cafe and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios in the front with morning sun as well as large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

(From November 1, 2025, we only take four guests) Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish space. Enjoy nature outside. The house is located in the middle of a forest plot. Work out in the small but luxurious gym then relax in the bathtub or in the sauna. Get power. Kotten is a unique architect-designed residence for those who want to get away from stress and big city. Children must be over 9 years old. There is no must-see, only peacefulness. The house was built entirely of wood and was dressed with a cedar.

This Swedish country side house is a retreat to be in. It is very well suited for a couple. It has a beautiful wooden stove, nice open kitchen, living room and bedroom with glas doors that open to a big terras with private garden. The bedroom has a big double bed and a possibility for a child bed. There is a very comfortable bathroom with bath. Beautiful forests, lakes, playground, bakery (open on fridays), and regenerative veggie farm are just around the corner. PN: Limited public transport

Welcome to this Swedish cottage by the sea. Located in a nature area with a quiet beach and with great hiking. The cottage is newly renovated and it’s comfortable to stay in both winter and summer. During the summer you can visit beaches, go on boatrips, fishing, bikeriding, hike or just relax in the small garden. In the wintertime you can visit the best cinema in sweden located in Bromölla. Visit Kristianstad or Sölvesborg, hike in the nature park or just sit down by the fire.

For groups of more than 8 people, we recommend the possibility of renting our second house "Holken" which is located on the adjacent plot to "Sigges". This allows 13-15 people to spend time together.
