The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

The location is central with 9 minutes by car to Kjevik airport and 13 minutes to Kristiansand city center. It takes 5 minutes to drive to the beach. There is golf course at Tveit, 15 min drive. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the bus stop where there are buses regularly. There are great hiking trails and a lovely fresh water in the area.
