Beautiful architect-designed summerhouse with Gudenåen as a neighbor. A great place to relax and unwind and enjoy holiday and leisure. The place is located at the bottom of a quiet summerhouse area and consists of a main house and an annex with sauna. The garden is sheltered with hedges towards the road and neighbor, and wild fence towards Gudenåen. There are three terraces where there is always a sunny or a shady space. Common for the summerhouse area is a green area down to Gudenåen where it is possible to take a dip from the bridge. (there is, however, a lot of electricity in the river ).

WELCOME to our newly renovated and modern guest house of 110 sqm, with colors on the walls, painted with environmentally and hypoallergenic paint. The house is located close to the forest, which is filled with beautiful lakes, and it is a 3 minute drive from Silkeborg's most beautiful lake bath, as you see in the pictures. There are grass + outdoor areas, and the house has two bedrooms, a large living room + conservatory, kitchen, hallway, shower and toilet. There is wifi in the house, but no TV as we invite to tranquility, nature experiences, socializing and lovely conversations!

The property is part of a 3-length courtyard with its own unobstructed and enclosed garden with attached terrace. The home is located in rural surroundings but at the same time close to shopping and Silkeborg city. The home is all the way up the road but has soundproofed windows. But noise from traffic is to be expected- especially during weekdays and during harvest time. It is 2 km to shopping and 7 km to Silkeborg city centre. Everyone is welcome. Charming and well-appointed apartment located in an attractive area of the old town close to the cathedral, the pedestrian street and the lakes of Viborg. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood but with everything within a short distance. The apartment has a kitchen with everything you need, dining room in extension of living room, separate bath and toilet and a bedroom with a three-quarter bed. Parking is available close to the apartment.
