Har I lyst til at opleve Danmark fra sin smukke og rolige side, så er “Vidkærhøj” stedet for jer. Boligen er en del af vores ejendom fra 1870’erne, og var oprindeligt en gammel stald, som vi nænsomt har istandsat over de seneste par år. Den er beliggende centralt mellem Aarhus, Silkeborg og Skanderborg. Her er højt til himlen, og hvis I har lyst vil vores hund, Aggie, meget gerne hilse på jer, ligesom vores katte, høns og hane også er meget nysgerrige. Vi glæder os til at tage imod jer 🤗

Guest House in old village school

Cosy guest house, which is an independent building on the old school . The flat is 51m2 and has a lovely south-facing private 28m2 terrace. Combined kitchen and living room, a toilet/bath, an entry hall and a bedroom with one queen size bed and two bunk beds. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, and there is wifi, tv, cromecast and parking near the entry door. Two extra beds can be made in the living room. Bonfire hut, tarzan track, hammocks and a large garden with playground.

Quiet and cosy little guesthouse in our garden that sleeps two people. The area offers ample opportunity to cycle, run or walk in the beautiful nature around Silkeborg or Gudenåen (The River Guden). Public transport (bus) 850 m. Silkeborg City Center 5 km. Jyllandsringen 4,4 km. Silkeborg Golf Club 3,7 km. Gødvad Hallen 1,4 km. Svostrup Kro 7 km. VELKOMMEN til et ophold i vores skønne lejlighed, som ligger i den fantastiske natur, lige op ad skoven og med flere søer i området - herunder kort afstand til Østre Søbad, hvor I kan bade året rundt. Der er også en sauna ifm. søbadet. Vi bor midt i Søhøjlandet og har en 10 minutters køretur til Silkeborg centrum. Der er 2 km. til Pizzaria og indkøb i Virklund. Der er wifi i huset, men intet TV da vi indbyder til ro og gode naturoplevelser. Der er gulvvarme i hele boligen.

We offer... Your own private apartment with bedroom/living room, kitchenette and bath/toilet. Large bed with freshly ironed bed linen and cozy corner with a dining area. Own entrance through carport and access to garden. Within walking distance to Silkeborg town center (approx. 2.3 km). Non-smoking facilities throughout the register. The apartment is part of a private residence, which is why you will be able to hear a little life in the house when the hosts are at home.

Cabin to the nature lovers

Experience nature close to Rørbæk lake, at the Jutland ridge, (30 min. walk from the cabin), springs Denmark's two largest rivers, Gudenåen and Skjernåen, with only a few hundred meters distance and runs in different directions towards the sea(10 min. walk from the cabin) In the same place, Hærvejen crosses the river valley. Wake up every day with different birdsong. From Billund airport by bus it is about 2 hours to the cabin We hope you enjoy the area as much as we do!

Nyrenoveret stort og lyst værelse på 1 sal med fantastisk udsigt (og med mulighed for 2 ekstra opredninger ud over dobbeltseng) og nyrenoveret mindre værelse med hvælvede lofter i stueplan- ligeledes med flot udsigt og dobbeltseng. Der er desuden stor opholdstue med mulighed for bla "biograf" hygge med stort lærred, et spil bordfodbold el bare ren afslapning med en god bog. Badeværelset ligger i stueetagen. Der er lækker sovesofa og gode boksmadrasser.

Welcome to our cozy one room apartment in the countryside. The apartment is located in a separate annex in connection with our house (we have two Airbnb apartments in the same annex). So you have your own place with a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a small green space. The terrace and the green space is shared with the other apartment in the annex. Enjoy some relaxing days in peace and quiet. We look forward to meeting you.
