Monthly Rentals in Kirkby Overblow

Penny’s place is a fine converted barn in the country with bags of character. It felt to us as somewhere different and special. How many Airbnb’s have red kites circling low overhead and woodpeckers in the garden!! Penny herself was very welcoming and very friendly and keen that we should enjoy our stay. We have fond memories of our stay. We would recommend it and look forward to our next time

Lovely peaceful location and great for exploring Harrogate and surrounding areas. The cottage was very comfortable with everything you need and extremely comfortable bed.

really enjoyed Emma's place. It is clearly furnished as a home rather than a rental place. everything was great and the place is a good side. As another reviewer had also mentioned there is a flat upstairs but not used while we were there so very quiet. the area is excellent. a very enjoyable walk into town past lovely buildings a church and parks. managed to park straight outside the property every time

Kathy and Steve were the perfect hosts, they were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The accommodation was spacious, clean and well kept. We caught Steve for a chat, and he told us all about the history of the site- a lovely touch- thank you. When we arrived we were greeted with a few groceries; bread, milk, eggs, and a chilled bottle of wine! Absolutely delightful. The setting was beautiful, we were very lucky with the weather and were able to enjoy a cuppa in the garden. The location was ideal for us as we were visiting family nearby, but it would be a great base for anyone wanting to visit North Yorkshire and experience a rural getaway. Thank you again, so much. We had a lovely time away.
