Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, hat ca. 45m und besteht aus, Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Duschbadewanne, Abstellraum, Garderobe, 2 Balkone. Sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit Lehm verputzt, dies führt zu einem angenehmen Raumklima. Die Wohnung wurde 2008 komplett neu errichtet und hat Fussbodenheizung. Passend für 2 Personen, eventuell 3, 3. Bett ist eine Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich.

Oak floors in the living space and heated tile in the bathroom. Very quiet area with a peaceful view. Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
